I was charged twice for my rental. It took several attempts at calling before anyone even answered. When I did get an answer the 1st person I spoke with was clueless as to what was going on. Then without even being informed I was being transferred to someone else, I was now speaking to the manager who was extremely rude and aggressive. I explained my issue to him about being double charged and he took zero accountability. I was told at pick up that if I overpaid my funds would be returned, not that 2 authorizations would be taken and held. Horrible communication and management. I would never rent a uhaul from them and would absolutely never recommend them to anyone.
