The mobile check-in process was painful. The website froze and we had to call support. Fortunately, the support team was very helpful, but I would not recommend picking up using the mobile app. I ordered blankets and furniture dolly and they were not in the truck. I was very disappointed.

OKECHUKWU EThe location was closed. Called U-Haul 4 times and got 3 different answers. The last agent said I could drop it off and there were instructions that she could send me in a text. Received the text but I was having issues with the site. I had to drive away from the building in order for my phone to work to finish the check in process. Was a huge hassle. Finally finished the process after driving around for 5 minutes... Truck was scheduled back by 1:11 finished the process at 1:15. Started the process of returning the truck at 12:50. Took pictures of the dash, but the rest was greyed out. Call U-Haul again and she made a notation on the file that I was having trouble with the app.

John MThe U-Haul app is awful. I spent an hour and a half trying to get the truck. When I dropped it off, I spent 30 minutes trying to drop it off. I finally just put the keys in lock box and left because the app is the worst you could ever ask for.
GREG MYour app is ridiculous. You should get people signed up on this app well before they arrive at the stupid location. This is how my experience went. I arrived. Had to download the app, then find out that my reservation did not tie to the app. 45 minutes trying to get someone on the phone. And then the app requires me to find someone else willing to go on the app (I think you called it additional contact or something?). This didn't even include the amount of time I had to spend taking pictures. My whole experience of trying to rent a truck from you took 2 and 1/2 hours, in the sun. You guys don't fix this and you're going to lose a ton of customers.

Edgar BParking is horrible. Parallel parking a giant truck in small spaces is super not easy. I had my wife to help but it could have been real bad if you were alone. Also, fix this form, it's not allowing N/A answers.

Jeff WI would not recommend U-Haul. I returned my vehicle with the same amount of gas that I received and was charged $57.00 in fuel when I returned the vehicle. I have been given the run around to get my refund. Unacceptable the way you treat your customers/
CHERYL GMy issue was not with this location and more with U-Haul overall. On Monday, March 11th, I rented a truck for 2 1/2 hours but was charged for a two day rental. This location has been closed since Monday and I have left several messages over the last few days. I will try to call the office a third time when they are open tomorrow.
Larry HAlthough the use of the mobile app to pick up and return the truck took a little longer than I would have liked, it was organized and ultimately everything made sense - taking pictures of the truck before and after rental was a bit time-consuming if you're in a hurry, but ultimately protects both U-Haul and me in case of damage...
GRADY BOriginal drop off location did not accept the return and sent me to find another location which was closed.
rodolfo cThe app does not work properly for checkout and not at all for check in. A “local manager” was supposed to verify my return and a mysterious cleaning fee appeared on my receipt. I asked for an explanation. No response.

Jose GThere were various truck drivers that pulled over next to us at midnight. I’m not sure if they were just making sure we weren’t looters but it wasn’t the most pleasant experience trying to figure out how to pick up a truck with truckers parking next to us that late at night. We were afraid they would try to come mess with us.

Keyana DThe U-Haul mobile app is one of the MOST difficult app's that I have ever used! It's extremely difficult to navigate, and the identification requirements should be listed prior to being at the location. Who carries their Passport to rent a moving truck? Second, upon returning the rental the same day, 15 hours early, I still received an email stating that the rental was late and not returned because the location I chose was closed on Wednesday the day to check the rental back into service. Very frustrating experience overall. I have nothing against the brand, but the 24/7 mobile app needs work.

Curtis BI returned 6x12 trailer a day early and there was no one at the return site. Made phone contact and gave me instructions. I wasn’t happy at the time because I have had trouble unhitching these in the past. I did manage to get it loose. I appreciated that he called back to check to see if I got it loose. I’ve rented trailers 3 times recently and it was the second time the return site had no attendants.

Justin PThe utility dolly and furniture dolly I rented and was charged for were missing. The truck was slightly dirty inside the driver area. The a/c was weak at times causing it to heat up. An indicator light went on about tire pressure. The location was closed during normal hours so none of this could be corrected.

Anthony CI rented an appliance dolly and there wasn't one available as it turned out. It made my move extremely difficult but it couldn't be helped. Also, the tank looked like it was full when rented but I ended up having to put 6 gallons in for 25 miles of use of a cargo van. I was afraid to be charged for not having enough gas sooo I spent the $25 even though I knew it was too much. I did receive the $10 credit Ford the don't, which was great, and the gentleman working was really helpful when my license wouldn't photograph, and apologetic about the dolly. I would definitely use them again now that I live nearby.
CHRISTIAN ZThe Agent was very clear that if too much fuel was added to the vehicle that there will absolutely under no circumstances be any kind of fuel credit. Every other U-Haul location does a fuel credit if you fill the tank with more than you picked the vehicle up with. I believe he was more interested in getting back to his video game he was playing. The agent wasn’t rude. He just wasn’t friendly either.
CHRISTOPHER AThe car hauler had a bent inner fender. The damage wasn’t obvious on pick up and did not present a problem until I loaded the dead car on it. With the weight on the trailer the inner fender touched the tire. Luckily I caught it on a gas stop and pulled it away.

javier d1st there was the fact the rep was fumbling alot, I wanted to purchase bubble packaging and tape he swiped my card 7 times... I told him nevermind then he didn't know how to get code to get key out. He opened #1 nope. Opened #2 again no. #4 nope, #5 nope Goes to #6 nothing
