How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt was late when I returned the truck didn’t speak to anyone.
AMIRAH ABecause another rental fell through, I called at the last minute. This location accommodated me with a truck, no problem! The attendant, I'm sorry I didn't get his name, was helpful, thoughtful and, most importantly, kind. The truck seemed new and clean. Overall it was a great experience on a stressful day.
Gale OThe app worked well for pick up but drop off it kept making taking the pictures over and wouldn't submit. A bit frustrating but other than that everything was great and went smoothly
