Because another rental fell through, I called at the last minute. This location accommodated me with a truck, no problem! The attendant, I'm sorry I didn't get his name, was helpful, thoughtful and, most importantly, kind. The truck seemed new and clean. Overall it was a great experience on a stressful day.

The app worked well for pick up but drop off it kept making taking the pictures over and wouldn't submit. A bit frustrating but other than that everything was great and went smoothly

Cione WAfter hours 15' truck drop off. * Location pretty dark - not enough lighting * Extremely limited drop-off parking * Used app to complete the drop-off - POOR service to complete the forms & upload pictures - Had to enter the same information 10x, due to poor connectivity - Pictures were almost impossible to get loaded * In all, what should have taken 5 minutes to complete, took almost 30 minutes * Finally, returned the vehicle with a full tank, when all that was required was 3/4 - feel free to credit my card for that extra $25 in fuel [redacted]
Greg GThe interior needed to be cleaned. There were sunflower seeds (eaten, of course) and other debris. Standing on the outside, the interior appeared to be clean. Definitely needed to be vacuumed. The lock box was jammed was extremely hard to unlock. The truck drove fine and there were no other issues.
