Professional, helpful, efficient but best of all a wonderful, empathetic, beautiful soul. I will always try Dottie before any other dealer in the Palm Springs area.
JOHN BDottie has the most amazing customer service. No matter what she is available. Although there was a closer Uhaul which wouldve cost less money on mileage I utilized this Uhaul because of her amazing customer service and always available if needed.

AARON SEmployee would not let me use the restroom to wash my hands. He said that the restroom was not available for customers but I could drive down the street to the market and use theirs.

RONALD SDottie is always consistent and deliveries all services and products all the time... MY MAIN AND ONLY CONCERN, CORPORATE OFFICE ALWAYS TAKE THEIR VEHICLES AWAY FROM HER AND THE LAST 2 TIMES WHEN I NEEDED TO BOOK OR HAVE BOOKED THEY WOULD TAKE THE RESERVATION AWAY FROM HER OR CHANGE IT TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION.. What's more disappointed is when I go to these other locations, they do not do a good job, don't have good customers service, and vehicles are always dirty.... I rent pretty consistency with UHAUL and with Dottie for many years and it seems like things are changing in a wrong direction . Love to speak to someone about this in the higher up and even area manger about this.

MARC WWe ordered the truck online thinking we knew where we were supposed to pick it up but when we arrived Dottie couldn't find us in the system and it turned out the location where we were supposed to pick up the truck was just a few doors down the street (3425 N Indian Canyon). When we went to the correct address there was just a small sign on the door and not a soul or a truck around. We called Dottie and she was able to have our rental transferred to her location and took care of us. So thankful for her.

DANA BUnfortunately my concerns for maintaining vehicle prior to pick up at this location is an issue with me. This location is not equipped with wash and basic maintenance inspection ( tire pressure chk and oil level) prior to delivery. However the representative spoke well and was a delight to work with.

MARCO CI will not rent a uhaul from any other location. Dotty is the only uhual dealer I will deal with and I rent uhual frequently. She is always very nice very quick she responds to any questions very quickly her trucks are always clean . Overall very great place to go if you ever need a uhual.
Jamie GThere were MANY cockroaches in the packing quilts I was provided, and the truck came with a 1/4 tank of gas when I requested a one way that was roughly 150 miles. The cockroaches then got into my belongings and are now in my new home. I will not use UHAUL again.
