Equipment issues, could t scan my driver's license. The uhaul app should save my drivers license info and only have to show it at time of transaction.

The truck was ready and clean. The lady was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Thomas PShe is great - I do all my rentals there and she is great to work with. The Uhaul on line system is a different question entirely. Tried three times and it did not work so I called a few times and the recording said they were too busy and call back. Thank God she figured it all out. Hopefully they figure the rest of the issues.

Thomas POverall the location and experience was good. The equipment was old and should be replaced.
