We had a wonderful experience renting equipment for our cross-country move! The equipment was clean, well-maintained, and worked perfectly. Dottie and Harrison were absolutely fantastic to work with—friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. They made the entire rental process easy and stress-free, which was especially appreciated during such a big move. Dottie wasn’t even open today, but she was so sweet and went out of her way to open up just to help me drop off the trailer. That kind of customer service is hard to find and truly meant a lot to us! We sincerely appreciate all of their help and excellent customer service. We would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone!
