Automated truck pick up system does not work correctly (or at least didn’t in my case). Took about half an hour of trying to get it to work and then waiting on hold for someone to help me. Someone needs to review how a reservation can be made. that gets rerouted to an automated pick up site and shows that it is an invalid reservation for automated pick up…. I will not use the automated pick up drop off surface in the future
