Trying to get the key for over 40 minutes, constantly being told to go inside the business and speak with someone when the business just appears to be an abandoned building and cannot be accessed. There are numerous lockboxes outside the building where the keys would be easily accessible, and we wouldn’t have had to waste another 10 minutes speaking with an agent on the phone to find out the van was unlocked and the keys were in a lockbox inside of it.

Hate that there was no in person interaction, everything was over the phone, couldn't hear the dude bc the street was so busy, and then they said we weren't scheduled until the next day when I specifically told the rez agent from head office we needed it Saturday at 10am, they had us for Sunday 330. I even replied to the email that they had it wrong and never heard back. Next time I will be going to an actual uhaul rental location and dealing with people. Oh I also asked for the van to be delivered to a location closer to our home for pick up and was told no, but the people at that location told me it is done all the time. This whole experience was shit

truck was sitting there with out ice clean from windshild after i picked up i have to pull over to clean ice from roof so no one get hit by ice while i am driving

It’s not for the location or is that clean or not it because of the charge u-haul applied on me that was too expensive. Really disappointed.
