The time I was told to get the uhaul was not the time I requested. It all worked out but when you have others helping and you ask them to arrive at a certain time and we are waiting on a uhaul it's frustrating.

I got a call the day after I turned in the trailer asking me when I was going to return it. The person had to call the location and have them check it in . The check in time shows as when they got the call 24 hours later than the actual return time

There was very poor communication about the reservation being set up already, issues at our arrival to collect the unit, and the overall experience. I will never use self service again and I don't recommend the service at the location we recieved.

I'm very disappointed in your scheduling Dept. They changed location on me due to not having correct truck. When I was speaking with them they did not convey at that time that the time had also changed. I arrived at my requested time only to find out that they didn't open until 1 hour later. I called u-haul and they didn't seem to care. They only said that they sent me a text saying the time was changed. I will probably go with a different company next time. The only reason I may go with uhaul would be that the man at the new location was nice.

We have rented from U-Haul for years and never have a problem, unless we are forced to deal with this location. We did our part online, but didn't receive an email with the secret pass code to get the keys. I will rent from another company, before I rent from this location. We prefer ACE hardware in Sunbury, OH. They treat you right.

Booked online and requested to meet face to face at 9am sat. Got there around 930am and the store was closed and was told to do online check in. Was not able to do that and had to have tech support change the time for pick up to be able to get it to work. Steve was completely unprofessional.

The owner at this location was rude and condescending... The pick up took 45 minutes with that online crap… And the drop off never happened because of that online crap, even though the equipment was returned… Then the proprietor at this location showed up and said he would do the return and never did... never again! I see Penske truck rental in my future

The location was excellent. Although 4 days after I returned the truck U-haul decided to double charge my account causing overdraft fees and causing my account to go into the negative of in excess of a hundred dollars. While the manager at the location I rented he truck from was apologetic he referred me to U-haul's customer service which was a poor at best use of the word customer service, the representative was extremely rude and unhelpful. Luckily for me my Bank was very helpful in removing the fraudulent charge from my account and gracious enough to remove the overdraft fees aswell. None the less I will find alternatives to U-haul to provide me with service for any future moves. Thank you. But... I am a very dissatisfied former customer.

A cat on the property was active and scratching customers the furniture reflected this as well very dirty the owner required assistance we waited 15 minutes to obtain a truck, I had to travel an additional 2 miles to get the truck at this location from where I originally wanted to purchase a truck very dissatisfied

The manager is hard to reach by phone & he did not know when I dropped the key in his dropbox; I took the truck for less than 24 hours, but he asked me if I had it till the other day. He is a nice guy but hard to reach - mailbox is not set up.

I was overcharged. I was charged for insurance even though I declined it, and I was charged a $25 cleaning fee that was not in my online estimate. I agreed to pay $19.95, .79 per mile, and tax. The charge was disappointing.

Both the place I wanted to pick up and drop off were not available, but I wasn't informed of that until the day before. It added cost and confusion to the trip. Also there was no one at either location and I specifically picked places that were staffed at the times I wa picking up and dropping off. Disappointed.

I was charged $5.00 for pads but was never asked if I needed them. They were secured in the the truck along with a 2 wheeler but I did not use them or the cart.

The store was not open when we arrived. There was a sign on the door with the store owner's name and phone number and there was a drop box. The drop box had instructions that my phone wouldn't allow me to do. It was very stressful and I didn't know leaving the truck there if everything would work out or not. I would not recommend this place for Uhaul drop off.

The business had a hand written sign on the door that said “be right back.” They were not right back. We waited about 30 minutes before giving up on them returning. We ended up doing the online rental and pickup. It just wasn't as smooth of a process as renting from the Ace in town. When it came time to return, the guy working had no idea how to help us with the return.

I was really quite pleased. I guess if I was to be extremely picky, I would like to see the edge of the property where the trucks were parked a little cleaner. This is also the responsibility of the customers who through plastic bottles beside the rental trucks. It makes it hard on the owners. Thanks.

Returned truck with more gas than I started with and got stuck with 20 dollar refuel fee. Will never use this dealer again. My last experience was very pleasant even got refunded a bit. This one was shady from the start because my mobile pickup got canceled for no apparent reason so I had to go in his office which just happens to be a used car dealership. What better way to sell your cars than to piggy back off of Uhauls customer base. Bad business and Uhaul should reconsider his license to sell their product.

Arrived at time that was discussed on the phone with the location to find no one there. Called number on door and Steve said he was 25min away! I had to wait 20 minutes just for someone to arrive. This put me even further behind on time since the first location I reserved called to tell me they didn't have the equipment I had booked.

Pickup store was closed and proceeded to use App to access key box and pick up trucks. App wouldn't work correctly, no customer service number listed on App. Called customer service and they informed me Uhaul canceled my second truck and could not help me complete remote pickup of the one truck I still had rented. Had to call back second time to find someone would help me retrieve key and rent truck. Entire process took one hour.

I requested an in-store pickup (not the Truck Share phone app) and was then assigned to pick up my rental at a location that was closed during my confirmed pick up time. The owner had to come in to help me get my van and was clearly annoyed at having to do so. Having requested in store pick up, I was never alerted by U-Haul or this neighborhood dealer that I would need to use the app instead. It is particularly frustrating because there is another U-Haul neighborhood dealer half a mile down the road that is open seven days per week for in-store pick ups and I have gone there before and they're always very friendly and helpful.

Nothing to do with this particular location however, I would say that when I went to drop off the truck at 930 and realized U-Haul had changed my drop off I was furious. It had a location over 20 miles away! Then I realized I had missed the text and of course I'm moving I don't check my phone or email all day to find out that even though my contract said drop off in one town... I was texted later in the day after I picked up the vehicle ... to drop it off 25 miles from that location. Then I called customer service wait time 30 mins sitting in the dark in a parking lot: so I call back... instead of choosing the option for customer service I choose “make a reservation” guess what? Instantly get a person!!!!!! After she hears my issue shshe can't help me only “customer service can” so I asked if she was going to make me wait another 30 mins she said no.... but I still waited another 30mins: by now I am tired and beyond enraged she guide me through downloading their app as she changed my drop off location then I have to create an account... then I have to upload pictures of inside the truck etc..:: turns out 1 hour and 40 minutes it took me to return a U-Haul truck. Thank you to the customer service representative to finally helped me. And U-Haul... you really need to hire adequate personnel to appropriately manage the volume of calls received .:.that's absurd... in addition... don't change someone's drop off location via email saying “per our conversation” which never happened because NOONE ever TALKED to me.. after someone has already picked up their truck: that is unbelievable.

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Steve's service, communication, accommodation of schedule and working with very difficult personal circumstances was outstanding. The cargo Van was excellent. Going forward my choice for a U-Haul location will be "Driven" exclusively. Thanks Steve.

The area to drop of a trailer is a little crowded. I dropped off after hours. Backing it in was a little tricky, alone after a long day. or maybe I lake skills.

The 15' U-Haul truck was very old. It had 116K miles on it. During the course of 1-day I drove it 270 miles. By the end of the trip, the transmission was missing when it shifted into high gear around 40-45 mph. I called the site location owner to report that this truck is about ready to break down. I'm lucky it didn't break down on me.

When I returned the truck, the attendant instructed me to leave the truck key on the counter top. Days later, I received an email receipt that explained that I had returned the truck in the condition in which I had received it. There were no additional charges.

This was a great location, as the staff are very friendly and easy to locate. There is a car dealership at the same location so it was a little nerve racking trying to get the 26' truck out, but I would still recommend this location
