Make the app work for returns. Truck was fine and location was fine but I’ll never use U-Haul again. Had to return the truck on Saturday and the app wouldn’t work, customer service was unreachable. Terrible corporate support.

The truck I rental must have a fuel issue. After filling up twice, pump handle clicking twice, the fuel gauge still did not go all the way up.

Pickup was fast and easy, staff super professional, and truck return was a piece of cake using the app. This was without a doubt the nicest, cleanest, well maintained U-Haul truck I've ever driven...and being retired Air Force, I've driven a lot in my life.
