Reserved a truck in Raleigh and day of move they said the truck would have to be picked up in Wilson that ads 2 hours to trip. They did not care one bit about the inconvenience or time or money this put me out. Horrible customer service!Travis S.

When we tried to run the A/C the truck would shut off when you slowed or stopped. And one wiper was broken.Terrell W.
My experience with my uhaul rental was the worst experience I ever had. I had a confirmed location and no vehicle was available. I was sent to other locations with the same result. At one of the locations I was yelled and scream at by the owner cause he told you he had no trucks. Finally at the fourth location I got a truck but no car transporter. I had the pick it up at a sixth location the next day.. they would not load my car, secure it on the transporter or even tell me how to to load it. They said I had to watch a YouTube. Ideo. I am a 72 yr olld handicapped senior citizen that does not watch you tube vehicles. I finally figured it out. I will never use Uhaul again and I will warn everyone I know to stay away fro them and use Budget. I lost 4 hours and a tank of gas driving around NC tRying to pick up a truck and car transporter that I had a confirmed reservation for.Ronald E B.

My reservation was made weeks in advance. The day before pickup I was told that the Greenville NC location did not have the truck I had picked. They had a much smaller one, which did not work for me. I was given the option to drive 45 minutes to Wilson to pick up the size I needed. Wilson store seemed to have no clue what was going on. Paperwork stated it was a one day rental, when it was actually reserved for three days. Things eventually were corrected, but it was a hastle.Dustin O.
Never again from that location. They were trying to say I drove 1000 miles in 5 hrs that I had the truck. Then tried to charge me for gas when I brought it back with more than it originally had.victor C.

Make sure proper moving accessories are available on the truck. There was no ramp, dolly or blankets to cover items.Warren K.
