I did'nt realize the items I ordered to assist with my move (sofa cover, mattress cover, packaging tape and plastic wrap tape) was sent seperately so I basically bought it twice. Once on-line and once from the store. I assumed it was going to be with the truck.ANDREW K.
Used app to attempt to pick up truck. Horribly inconvenient took forever and so much information could have been done prior to pick up. It also did not allow for the switch of vehicles we needed to make because the gas guage was broken on the one. Employee there just seemed like she didn't know what to do. Truck had a vape pen left in it, which during covid, something I didn't really want to have to touch but also didn't want to get charged for leaving it in there. My moving partner twisted her ankle on a paver block sticking two inches out of the ground going up to the door of the building. So on top of being behind schedule due to the pick up process I was now a man short on my end due to Uhauls poorly kept facility. While returning truck I had to wait for employee to clean another vehicle and then figure out how to charge me since we had to swap vehicles due to previous mentioned issues. Just a horrible experience all together.Samantha S.
Online ordering went smooth, 26' uhaul truck was perfect, but the check-in process in the store was really awful. I arrived at 2:45 to pickup for 3:00, I waited in line for 25 minutes. I had already pre-checked in, but the process still took 15 minutes. The lady that helped me seemed knowledgable but extremely frustrated. The other lady behind the desk was really struggling with checking people in. All in all a good experience; however, I will use a different location if I need to rent a Uhaul again.TRACY C.

FIRE ARCHIE BUNKER! The old tall skinny guy who works there was very rude to me. The lady who set up my contract asked me if I needed help hooking up the trailer, I said no, but the old rude dude showed up anyway, and had no idea what he was doing. He kept twisting the safety chains so tight they had no slack for turning corners. I told him that as I put more slack in them and he gave me an attitude about it. He then interrupted me and told me to shut my truck off because he was choking on the exhaust. I never asked for him to help me and I wish that he hadn't. Then he and another lady were arguing with me about the blinkers not working and blaming it on my truck, my truck works fine. They insisted that I needed to start my truck for the blinkers to work, I told them the key is on and the blinkers were working on the instrument panel. 'They were very rude and acted like I was an idiot. I have been pulling trailers behind diesel and gas trucks for many years, and they are usually much bigger than u-hell has to offer. I will never rent from u-hell again!!QUAY V.

I was able to reserve a 26' online and then was told that there wasn't one available. Was able to swap for a 15' and had to immediately fill up the tank because it was nearly empty. Not a good experience at all. Had I not called to confirm the timeframe I would not have had a truck available in the time I needed a truckAmanda B.

the front end of this rental has major issues, wheel felt like it was going to fall off, when you used breaks felt like the front was falling off. got charged for pads we did NOT use, all we moved was boxs. used this location 2xs now and we wont again they are the worst aroundAaron S.

When I made the contact, it was for 1 way to drop off in Oshkosh. I received 4 voicemails that I now needed to drop off in Fond du Lac. I also waited for a half hour to get waited on, 4 people in front of me . Which in turn made all my moving help have to sit around and wait for the truck. Not a good experience ðŸ™JULIE L.

First when I arrived, the one lady working was extremely rude yelling at other customers because they were standing in the door way of the building. The truck I rented had juice or soda all over the back bed, I left it and informed the clerk after I completed my move task. I was told I would receive a text with the check in list to mark damages, never received it. At least I wasn't charged for anything I gave it a 2 start because the other lady was nice an helpful, I witnessed her also cleaning up the fluid right after I told her.Damon F.
