The lady at the counter was rude asf... I told them when I rented the trailer I needed until 1045-11 am she started calling me at 945 am and was very disrespectful... i will avoid ever renting there again if possible... two other people also told me they had issues with the same lady. Uhaul should pull there franchise if they cannot treat customers with respect!!!JASON P.

Location and vehicles are not the issue I had, i chose to use the App to get my rental, website says it will only take 15 min. It took me an hour to finally get the keys after a few phone calls and message chats to a representative.Joseph W.
I was routed to a different location adding additional 1.5 hours to my trip and was not compensated for the additional gas I would have to use. Also, I was told I could pick up my uhaul truck anytime with mobile pick up. When I arrived, I was told my truck was no longer reserved and had to wait an additional 40 minutes to get a new truck. The people working were helpful to accommodate me, and apologized for the inconvenience.THOMAS B.

Spent 40 minutes at the local office trying to check in only to be told the particular trailer we reserved weeks in advance wasn't available and our only option was a smaller trailer. We weren't offered a discount or anything for the inconvenience. We will definitely go elsewhere next time we require a rental!Jennifer M.

Next time please verify employment ahead of time. I scheduled my reservation 1 week in advance & we were taking the truck at 6am, before the place opened. That's when I get asked all sorts of extra questions (like add driver's license, passport, proof of employment) btw I had added the driver's license pics the day before, so why ask for the same again. Then I put the work number & that's when it's needed to confirm that I work where I work (6am, nobody was at the office) so we wasted 45 mins getting this done the morning off when this could've been done when I made the reservation. Other than that it was all goodEdric N.
Overall it was fine I guess. I think my issue is more with the Uhaul system than this location. I go through the trouble each time to select my equipment online, select my insurance, upload drivers license, and enter a credit card. Then, when showing up, you wait in line for at least 10 minutes because the process for each person at the counter takes forever. They ask me all the same questions I already filled out online, ask me if I want insurance (which is already on my order), ask for my driver's license to scan (which is already scanned to the order), and ask for the credit card (already on the order) so they can make a phone call to verify. It just seems like if all of this is done at the location, then why even go online in the first place. I understand you can't just hand equipment over without a signature, but it could be much more streamlined. The folks at this location are pleasant and I think it just seems annoying and slow at their location due to the process they have to abide by.Adam S.

I did'nt realize the items I ordered to assist with my move (sofa cover, mattress cover, packaging tape and plastic wrap tape) was sent seperately so I basically bought it twice. Once on-line and once from the store. I assumed it was going to be with the truck.ANDREW K.
Used app to attempt to pick up truck. Horribly inconvenient took forever and so much information could have been done prior to pick up. It also did not allow for the switch of vehicles we needed to make because the gas guage was broken on the one. Employee there just seemed like she didn't know what to do. Truck had a vape pen left in it, which during covid, something I didn't really want to have to touch but also didn't want to get charged for leaving it in there. My moving partner twisted her ankle on a paver block sticking two inches out of the ground going up to the door of the building. So on top of being behind schedule due to the pick up process I was now a man short on my end due to Uhauls poorly kept facility. While returning truck I had to wait for employee to clean another vehicle and then figure out how to charge me since we had to swap vehicles due to previous mentioned issues. Online ordering went smooth, 26' uhaul truck was perfect, but the check-in process in the store was really awful. I arrived at 2:45 to pickup for 3:00, I waited in line for 25 minutes. I had already pre-checked in, but the process still took 15 minutes. The lady that helped me seemed knowledgable but extremely frustrated. The other lady behind the desk was really struggling with checking people in. All in all a good experience; however, I will use a different location if I need to rent a Uhaul again.TRACY C.

FIRE ARCHIE BUNKER! The old tall skinny guy who works there was very rude to me. The lady who set up my contract asked me if I needed help hooking up the trailer, I said no, but the old rude dude showed up anyway, and had no idea what he was doing. He kept twisting the safety chains so tight they had no slack for turning corners. I told him that as I put more slack in them and he gave me an attitude about it. He then interrupted me and told me to shut my truck off because he was choking on the exhaust. I never asked for him to help me and I wish that he hadn't. Then he and another lady were arguing with me about the blinkers not working and blaming it on my truck, my truck works fine. They insisted that I needed to start my truck for the blinkers to work, I told them the key is on and the blinkers were working on the instrument panel. 'They were very rude and acted like I was an idiot. I have been pulling trailers behind diesel and gas trucks for many years, and they are usually much bigger than u-hell has to offer. I will never rent from u-hell again!!QUAY V.

I was able to reserve a 26' online and then was told that there wasn't one available. Was able to swap for a 15' and had to immediately fill up the tank because it was nearly empty.
