How U-Haul Reviews WorkLess questions. The online app process absolutely sucked upon checking the truck back in. People do not have 15 minutes or more to spend answering questions and taking pictures upon check in. If you want me to do the check in via the app then give us a discount for doing so and wasting our time. Time is money, you want to save your employees time by having customers check in via the app then make it worth our time by doing so by giving us a discount off of that current rental.
