Du Frane was fine. U-Haul was poor. I rented a 9' Cargo Van to be picked up at a location which was a 4 minute walk from where I was staying. U-Haul then called me and advised that my chosen location (Express Mart) does not have vans, just trucks. So I was changed to a location which was a 43 minute walk. At the time of the pick-up, the new location advised they did not have the van, but they did have a 10' truck. I used the 10' truck (no cruise control, lower gas mileage). On my way back to my original location, I saw that Express Mart had 10' trucks available. U-Haul should understand that customers make plans which count on the rental being reliable - no surprises

Staff was great, the vehicle we reserved was not returned on time, but we got a very nice replacement. Worked out well for us.

Get the clerk some help starting at opening on Fridays. She had a long line of people to serve and had to do it all-in & out for mileage and existing damage checks-for the first 1 1/2 hrs before someone showed up to help. Fridays, as I’m sure you know, are when most people come for rentals for the weekend.

I had gone to that location so many times and always get great services when I need a tow dolly or auto transporter that’s the first thing comes to mind it’s close to the auto auction that I attended though the year thanks for they best service

My pickup time was 8 AM. I was there beforehand but the owner wasn't there until 8:15 am, so I had to wait until she arrived.

Great products for the price! We have moved our three young adults at least 6 times between multiple cities in as many years and we could never have managed without Uhaul trailers and reusable totes! Online reservation system is super intuitive and boots-on-the-ground staff in Oshkosh, Fond du Lac, Madison and Green Bay are outstandingly helpful and kind!

The truck was ready when I arrived. Upon checking it over, I noticed the door on the back of the truck was not working. It only went up 15 to 18 inches. I looked inside, and noticed the retractable cable was off its track. The office manager was able to get another truck within ten minutes. Upon checking this truck, I noticed the ramp did not have either of the two grips. Again, a short wait of ten minutes and another truck was pulled up. This vehicle was good, and I was on my way.

Rented from this location multiple times. Every time there has been missing rented equipment (dollies). There is always something wonky with the trucks too. This time, the driver seat couldn't be adjusted if you were sitting in it. The truck wasn't cleaned well either - we found broken glass in the back of the truck and a broken remote in the front. We didn't notice them at check in because it was dark. I will not rent from this location again because I can never get there during office hours - why would you not be open on the weekend? Aren't most rentals for weekends?

U-Haul must have a very complicated rental agreement process because the rental agreement took a very long time to complete when I picked up the truck and trailer.

Overall a good experience. Staff was friendly. Only problem was computer issues they were having with the UHaul website in order to complete the paperwork.

She was very helpful! But her store is too small for the amount of products she had for rent or for sale. She is very busy, too! So I had to wait a bit for help as there was a customer ahead of me. I didn't mind waiting - but this store is very busy! They are easily located and convenient. The first place I was supposed to go to wasn't open (Joe's Car Shop) so I re-routed here, and she did a good job fitting me in.

The unit I had wasn't sealed properly. A couple days after I rented it, I seen that there was water on the floor. I let the manager know and that I put blankets down in front of it as that's all I had. She said she would look into it and possible fix it. Didn't hear back from her. Yesterday the 8th of June, which was like just over 3 months since I moved my stuff in, I moved all my stuff out and mine and my son's mattresses were soaked with water. My mattress was less that a year old and I hardly slept on it and it costed about a grand. My son's mattress was about a year old and it costed about 200. I told dufrane about this and the lady that I spoke to at first I showed her my mattress and she acted like it was no big deal saying that "it's just water". Ummmm the both mattresses were completely soaked. And they've been sitting in water pretty much since I moved in so, there's probably mold on the inside of the mattresses. Well, she said that they would cover cleaning and if I wanted to file a claim with the insurance company, I could do that but, the insurance company would probably not cover any of the damages or, they would give me something like 100 bucks. I left and unloaded stuff with the uhaul I rented. I came back to return the uhaul. When I went in, I talked to another lady about it and she said that they talked to a cleaning company and they would cover the cleaning charges of the mattress but, the company could only come out next week which wouldn't work for me as I work for the State of wisconsin as a corrections officer and, I'd be working the entire week. She then told me that if I wanted to go through with filing a claim with the insurance company, that the insurance that thry have doesn't cover stuff inside the units and if it's found out that they won't pay for the mattresses that they also wouldn't pay for the cleaning. The lady who was the one who originally signed me up for the unit and was the one that I told originally about the leaking said that she remembered me telling her about it and looked into getting it fixed stated that she looked into it and the company that she talked to said they couldn't do anything on the outside of it and only on the inside. Also she would have moved me to a different unit that was coming open a couple days after but, she never told me about either because I said I had blankets on the floor by the problem area. After that I walked out and said that I still wanted fir them to file a claim with their insurance company and they would also be hearing from my lawyer.

My only complaint has to do with horrible ice conditions where trucks were parked and ice in front of unit. Very dangerous for movers and renters!
