The lady told us the lights worked before we pulled away but they didn’t work. The running lights were broken. That lead to a cop pulling us over. I have never experienced this before this before with you guys. That’s leaves a huge impact on me opinion on the company

We went to drop off our equipment, we got there went in, the place was packed, barely any room to walk and there was stuff everywhere. We went out to do the inspection and another truck pulled up. Instead of helping us she started helping the other person. The other person had not cleaned out their truck and instead of assisting us fully she stopped helping us and went and got a broom and began cleaning the other truck while we waited. We returned our truck cleaned and ready so it should have been easy. When she was finished cleaning the other persons truck she went inside and proceeded to check him out before us, even though we were there first. The other worker was just sitting inside doing nothing.

The truck worked as it should. The lady at DuFrane was very nice but EXTREMELY slow. it took over 40 minutes to return with noone in the line ahead of us. After moving all day, you really don't want to move like a snail to complete the last task.

Explain to a woman where the gas tank opening is on the new vans. It was a funny but embarrassing experience for me.

I used a car volleyball and the rachets needed some WD40 or something but overall worked well. I would recommend this to anyone that needs to haul a vehicle.

There were empty Gatorade bottles (2) that we ended up cleaning out when we were cleaning out the truck cab, that were obviously left from a previous user. Other than that other than the issue with the drivers side door that I was made aware of before we left with the rental, everything was great!

The lighting was not very good in the parking lot. Other people brought u-haul back and parked wherever. Made it hard for other people to park their u-haul in the parking lot

Plus I keep getting charges pending on my bank account for $1.05 since bring the truck back and am not sure why as I PUT GAS in and did not go over the number of miles Store is crowded, unorganized and smells really weird

Charged 60 extra dollars for being below 1/4. It was just below and and they lied and said it was closer to 1/8 a tank. Ok so I understand that they charge 30 dollars for being below. Ok. My mistake. I owned it. But even if it was at 1/8 which it was not. How does that cost another 30 dollars?

I originally reserved a truck at another location that was not able to provide me with my reservation. So they directed me to go to the Dufrane location. Which by the time I got there was closing. Thankfully the woman who was supposed to be leaving, stayed to help me with my rental. I very much appreciated her help. Sorry I didn’t remember her name.

When we initially got a specific truck and code for the key, there was no key in the box. A phone call needed to be made. We were eventually given a different truck and code for key that did work.

The U-Haul trailer that I had appeared to have a leak somewhere as there was water in the trailer when I arrived at my destination. It was raining heavily during my travel but I would expect it to be water proof inside.

The check -in or drop off with the app was a little time consuming with having to take all the pictures of everything. But we understood the reasoning behind it. The overall experience was great. The equipment worked as expected and we had an uneventful move. Thank you.

The unit I had wasn't sealed properly. A couple days after I rented it, I seen that there was water on the floor. I let the manager know and that I put blankets down in front of it as that's all I had. She said she would look into it and possible fix it. Didn't hear back from her. Yesterday the 8th of June, which was like just over 3 months since I moved my stuff in, I moved all my stuff out and mine and my son's mattresses were soaked with water. My mattress was less that a year old and I hardly slept on it and it costed about a grand. My son's mattress was about a year old and it costed about 200. I told dufrane about this and the lady that I spoke to at first I showed her my mattress and she acted like it was no big deal saying that "it's just water". Ummmm the both mattresses were completely soaked. And they've been sitting in water pretty much since I moved in so, there's probably mold on the inside of the mattresses. Well, she said that they would cover cleaning and if I wanted to file a claim with the insurance company, I could do that but, the insurance company would probably not cover any of the damages or, they would give me something like 100 bucks. I left and unloaded stuff with the uhaul I rented. I came back to return the uhaul. When I went in, I talked to another lady about it and she said that they talked to a cleaning company and they would cover the cleaning charges of the mattress but, the company could only come out next week which wouldn't work for me as I work for the State of wisconsin as a corrections officer and, I'd be working the entire week. She then told me that if I wanted to go through with filing a claim with the insurance company, that the insurance that thry have doesn't cover stuff inside the units and if it's found out that they won't pay for the mattresses that they also wouldn't pay for the cleaning. The lady who was the one who originally signed me up for the unit and was the one that I told originally about the leaking said that she remembered me telling her about it and looked into getting it fixed stated that she looked into it and the company that she talked to said they couldn't do anything on the outside of it and only on the inside. Also she would have moved me to a different unit that was coming open a couple days after but, she never told me about either because I said I had blankets on the floor by the problem area. After that I walked out and said that I still wanted fir them to file a claim with their insurance company and they would also be hearing from my lawyer.

My only complaint has to do with horrible ice conditions where trucks were parked and ice in front of unit. Very dangerous for movers and renters!
