I called and asked them to take it off and have not received a rebate!! Very poor service😡😡

When we unloaded, we found that the truck must leak because there was water all over the stuff in the attic. The gentleman was awesome and showed me how to hook up the car and was generally a friendly guy. The condition of the truck was awful though.

tim C.I did not keep the uhaul for 6 extra days?! I only kept it for the requested 3 days. It was turned in at 2pm , to Dubas ,Sat the 17th,2021.? I don't understand where they're getting I kept it that long, when it was literally parked in their car shop!?

Terry B.We had to drive over an hour to get to this location which was a hassle. Once we got there, we then had to call the gentlemen for him to physically come in the building and finish the rental process. Then the process took about 25 minutes once inside, and the first truck we were given had a giant hole in the front that was never notated on their end. Had to go back inside for another truck which took another 10-15 min to receive.

When I arrived at the location I was told the person who could give me the truck had left and was rudely told that they close at 4pm...it wasn't even 4pm it was 3:20 once I pointed out it wasn't 4pm I was then told another person would be there in twenty minutes To get my rental to me. I waited about thirty minutes before inquiring again. The person who could rent me the truck had made it back, but they had neglected to tell him I was there waiting for the truck rental. They didn't have the dolly I requested so I had to take a larger one, and the truck was almost out of gas so I had to immediately put gas in it once I got it. I've moved three times in the past several months and I've never had so many issues getting a rental I requested two weeks prior I originally asked for a 15 left truck but had no issue taking a 20ft. The location was also littered with trash and hard to find. If I could go back in time I would literally drive out of my way to rent from another rental agency.

ORVILLE B.Not only did UHaul not have what we reserved, could not complete the move. If you reserve something a company should make sure it could deliver. I called locations up to an hour away and nothing. Not even a discount for renting something for a job could only get half done. Poor business practices.

DAVID T.I put in a reservation 3 months before the scheduled pick up 2 days before pick up I was informed I had to drive 60 miles from the scheduled pick up. Why take a reservation?!?!

Monty H.I was to pick up the rental at 8am. I confirmed this the day before via a telephone conversation. The guy did not show up until after 5 minutes after 8am. This would have been excusable had he not been rude and refuse to wait on me until he had started his coffee pot. He had not even turned on his computer until his coffee was brewing. I was charged for a dolly as I had requested. I was not provided one. I was told by the main office I could drop off the rental at the town closest to me moving. He said that I could not, this cost me additional money. The lot was a muddy mess with trash everywhere. I would not have my company name shown in such a place. Jason Browning 304-688-2515

Sid Y.Really?? GPS for the store returned to sent us around the City adding extra miles. We got charged another $5.86 for 13.7 miles and There was MORE gas than was in it when we got it. There are very few Gas stations on that trip along US Hwy119 and we filled up before we pulled out not knowing how much gas this vehicle consumed. Your Company price gouges and over charges its LOYAL CUSTOMERS AND I WILL NEVER EVER USE UHAUL AGAIN!! AS I WILL BE TELLING MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO BE SCAMMED BY UHAUL!!!! The price on this 15 ft truck was almost $100 more than the price of a 26ft truck we rented the week before and WENT TO THE SAME LOCATION and was NOT given a discount to return to the store that needed it....that caused us to go over mileage because we were NOT even given incentive for returning it there. SEEMS LIKE YOU PICK AND CHOOSE AND MISTREAT YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS AS I HAVE RENTED OVER 6 TIMES IN LESS THAN 2 YEARS UNDER MY CURRENT LAST NAME AND MY PREVIOUS NAME. AS WELL AS MOST OF MY FAMILY BEING MILITARY AND ALWAYS USING UHAUL. YOU SIRS HAVE LOST BUSINESS WITH MY WHOLE FAMILY!
