Really not much to rate on this end, turned in the tow dolly and they charged my card, posted receipt.
Jeffrey LI made numerous calls to this location and was continuously told to call back for 1 reason or another. Very difficult to deal with. No WiFi where the trucks are parked so can’t take the picture
Pauletta DWe arrived 10 minutes before they opened. The place is a U-Haul rental and mechanic shop in one. We saw a worker and asked for help. We were told we had to wait the 10 minutes. Fair enough. Well they open and people start pulling in for the mechanic side, and he made us sit and wait while he worked up 6 customers that came in after us. He acted like it was such a bother to had us the key he was holding in his pocket, that was supposed to be in the lock box for the self pick up I had chosen to do. So not only did they have them call the day before and ask if we could pick up our truck an hour later than we had scheduled, he held the key for an additional 40 minutes because he was more worried about the customers on the mechanics side of the business than us, who were there for a U-Haul and carried there first.
Cressida SI went by at 10 Am and they weren't open yet. There was no clear signage for a dropoff location.
