MONTIE TDuring closing hours, the personnel still help me unpin my equipment and told me they will take care of everything. They were very helpful and very friendly. The yard was unfortunately overfilled with U-HAUL equipment and I had no room to park mine.

LEO BI was impressed with the effort to ensure my needs were met. My original trailer became unavailable. The lady at Cobourg worked very hard to source me another trailer . Head office was very accommodating to make it economically favourable for me. And Trenton was great to deal with.

RICHARD BI was supposed to pick up the truck at 9 using mobile pickup and I couldn't get the truck as it was blocked in by another truck and this location didn't open until 10. Also I was charged for gas when I left the truck with more gas than when I picked it up

ANDRE LStop charging $60 every time I rent a $20 trailer The Machine said it would be $24.99 plus tax, there is not supposed to be a deposit with a credit card payment. This is unacceptable
