After a terrible experience at the Uhaul location @ 80 Dufferin Avenue in Trenton I was sent to 8 William Street. Do not go there if you are in a hurry. Nice enough staff but incredibly slow. No concept of other peoples time

Jerry SWhen requesting a mobile pickup based on store hours, it should be accommodated. If it cannot be honoured, it should be communicated prior to the guest trying to check the vehicle out via the app.
Joshua MThis location to pick up was very convenient for what we needed the Uhaul for. The ladies at Dulux Paints were very nice and accommodating. My only concern is that the phone line at this location was never answered. I had to go through the main Uhaul number to make my reservation after calling several times, at different times. For this reason, I give 4 Stars.
