Lise RThis review is not about the pickup location at 8 William street Trenton, it’s about my U-Haul experience overall. I booked a trailer 7 days ahead of time to avoid any problems but that unfortunately didn’t work. My booking and change location was changed by U-Haul 4 times in three days. One of those times included a complete cancellation and rebooking which resulted in the price doubling due to it being last minute. I finally arrived at the agreed upon pickup location and was once again let down. The owner didn’t show up and wouldn’t answer either of his phone numbers. After 40 minutes of waiting, u haul once again changed the pickup location. This resulted in me being an hour late for an appointment. I finally got the trailer and made it to my destination. That’s when I found out that my reservation was changed from a one way trip to a round trip at some point during their multiple changes to my booking. I then had to call U-Haul again to correct the mistake in order to avoid extra charges. In the end, I made it to my destination, and they offered a small credit as compensation but it doesn’t make up for the multitude of issues that I experienced
