How U-Haul Reviews WorkNothing. The staff were helpful.
JAMES WThe staff are very personable and welcoming.
GERALD BIt was unfortunate & inconvenient that we had to pick up at an alternative location. Additionally, I'm not certain what the gas gage was at when I picked it up, I'm assuming full, however when we finished it was at half a tank. I put $60 in it and the gage needle didn't move at all, not even a tiny bit. Infact it looked like it went down. I was thinking maybe it's a "floater" and just needs a few mins to adjust but it didn't fluctuate or move at all. Anyway, I fell bad because it looks like I dropped it off without gasing up, I assure you I did.
Shawna AThe trailer roof was leaking so we had 8 or 9 boxes that got wet but other than that great service.
