RICHARD BI was supposed to pick up the truck at 9 using mobile pickup and I couldn't get the truck as it was blocked in by another truck and this location didn't open until 10. Also I was charged for gas when I left the truck with more gas than when I picked it up

ANDRE LStop charging $60 every time I rent a $20 trailer The Machine said it would be $24.99 plus tax, there is not supposed to be a deposit with a credit card payment. This is unacceptable

JAMES RThe ladies here are very helpful. We had attempted to do a mobile check in which was not very user friendly. The in person staff helped us, and we will be doing in-person going forward.
LEAH PThe first one on Douglas Street had what I need but the person didn't know ho w to do the paper work so they suggested we go to Deluxe Paints which was out are way ,so I had to go there.At least they knew what to do & got us on our way in short order.
