the very nice lady that helped me was great she is super friendly and very experienced on what to do with customers i would rent for this location again and tell who ever needs a trailer to see her she did a great job and i think all customers would have a great experience like i did

Murray MThis location was fine. However, I was supposed to pick up the truck at 269 Moira St, Belleville. Even after confirming twice the day before, when I got there there was no truck. They sent me to 17 Parker Street, a larger UHaul location. They also did not have a truck, but were able to arrange for me to pick one up at this location in Trenton. Both times I have used UHaul the trucks were not where they were supposed to be, causing me to have to drive all over to find one. If you did not have the monopoly on one-way truck rentals, I would use someone else.

Gerald kVehicle had an exhaust leak and stalled at intersections when stopped unless you put it in neutral. It probably should not have even been on the road.
Jeff OLocation was very nice. Big lot that wasn't too cramped which made it easy to drop off trailer. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Justin COnly reason that I gave an 4 star to the location was it's size. It is smaller than some that I've used in the past therefore equipment availability might be limited but the staff were amazing. Easy to deal with, prompt and polite. I was in and out quickly both on pick up and return.

Steven REducate your staff to check the ends of the straps for fraying before the customer leaves with the trailer. When they fray they can become unusable when conditions are icey. In an isolated location, that can mean an aborted trip or unsafe strap down. The straps get ice forming in the frayed ends which prevents threading the strap through the slot of the ratchet axle making the tie down impossible.
john nThe fuel expenses were far more than I expected. (We traveled from Trenton to Oshawa and back.) Otherwise, no complaints. Everyone at UHaul tried to save us as much money as they could.

Jahn VI initially went to order a truck. But the Km's made it impossible to afford. So I asked the gentleman about a trailer. He was very helpful. Both with the paperwork and outside in a snowstorm retrieving the trailer and hooking it up. KUDOS TO HIM & THANK YOU.

EDWARDT PI booked an 5x8' trailer , on line, using the App. I booked this on Sunday Jan 7th. The rental was for 10am pickup in Trenton and 4pm drop off in Oshawa. I got a call from UHaul saying that there is a shortage of trailers and that I need to do a pickup in Coburgh instead of Trenton. Because of the inconvenience, etc., the rental was changed to a 6x12'. I was also told that I could pickup on Friday for no extra charge, the bigger trailer was at no extra charge and that I would get 30 days free storage. I also was told that I would get a phone call on the Friday to confirm my rental. I followed up on Thursday morning and told them that Coburgh really didn't work for me and could they check Trenton for me. I was told that this was a different zone and I would be transferred. Worked out good for me to pick up in Trenton on Saturday. I was charged an extra day for not dropping it off in Oshawa before 11am - which I never booked it for. The amount of time I spent resolving this rental was insane. The process was awful. I will maybe try Home Depot van rentals or something else from Enterprise to see how that goes for next time. Usually you guys are good, but this was disappointing. Thanks, Bill

SARAH RI have rented a few times from this location. The trucks are exceptionally clean and the folks at Dulux are fantastic! They are extremely friendly and helpful. There is lots of parking so there is no problem leaving your car. Five star for sure.

Peter JNot the uhaul locations fault, but the wheel bearing failed on the trailer and the tire had a blowout. Trailer should have been maintained or at least checked, but again - not the location's fault
