I rented the truck in Dumas, AR on December 5th. I returned the truck in Monticello, AR on December 6th. On December 12th, I was charged $247 for a Houston, TX return that I did not make! Then, on yesterday, December 16th a $1065 charge was attempted on my account that my bank denied for a return in Kingwood, TX that a did not make! Please call me and get this situation fixed!!! 870 377 1316 Thanks!

When I picked up the trailer had a low tire. The owner of the center had them pull the tire off and repair it. He could’ve easily just put air in it and sent me on my way. Great job of doing the little things right.
