Called to arrange pickup at 8. Confirmed ok. On arrival they had cancelled the reservation and nearly gave truck to another customer. Charged for 12 furniture pads, none in truck. They only had 5. Clueless and inefficient. Next time will only use Potomac Mills location that is very professional
