The delivery site was well overloaded with units to be rented. I recommend NOT letting anyone drop off there but pickup units from there. So many on site the Gentleman had a time finding a place to park it. Thanks Dave Heckethorn

My first reservation # 75867213 was a total disaster. Had a 0900 appointment at Kelly’s cars and no one showed up except a dumbass 30 minutes later. And he was no help. I estimate his IQ somewhere around a 20 …..your company later advised that the location for pickup had been changed. I was NOT notified. Duncan was fine, but overall you guys suck!!!!

I called to ask about turning in trailer and lady on phone would not listen to me and rudely dismissed me and transferred to UHaul on phone to get rid of me. Upon arrival with trailer my nephew assisted me before in removing car. He took chains from trailer and put in truck. I went back a few hours later to turn in chains for trailer with truck then in. I was told trailer had been rechained and rented. Another employee said it was fine they put spare chains on it and to leave my chains on desk. Man on register for UHaul got an attitude and said he wouldn’t check in my truck without me putting chains back on on trailer myself. Me and the other employee explained the trailer was rented and all was ok with just returning the chains. He finally checked in my truck but did it slowly to make me wait as if punishing me for bringing back the chains. The staff at the store elsewhere were accommodating, but the UHaul section were less than hospitable and definitely not customer service friendly. They all seemed annoyed that you were even there. We waited all most 30min for the previous customer to get waited on before us to only be treated rudely for bringing chains back which I will probably not get credit for and to turn in rental truck . I have always used UHaul , but I am considering other options for my next move. Was not at great feeling.

The Uhaul rep was not friendly and seemed like I was an inconvience to his day. The lights on the trailer I rented didnt work and he automatically blamed my truck and said I had to get it fixed before I could rent. He went back into the store and I looked at the trailer and discovered that the left tail light on the trailer wasn't even plugged in. I went back inside and told him and he wanted to know why I was even messing with his trailer, he came back out and plugged it back in and the lights worked now. Also the printer at the location didn't work so I got no paper work for my rental. I did get an email copy sent to me.Would most likely not rent from this location again.

Another U-Haul site to steal reservation. Th incorrect site called the day before and finally verifying I was to pickup he said Dorchester rd but I made Red Bank rd because Red Bank was only few miles away the Dorchester site was like 18 miles away. So I was late going and Red Bank rd called at 9:30am asking if was going to pickup my truck it was a different voice from night before so I send son to pickup at Dorchester but I was upset to change my reservation. So when the Red Bank location called I redirected my son to the Red Bank location. I was furious. I didn’t need to be part

Every single employee that I talked with was extremely grumpy/rude. Especially the Uhual front desk employee. The uhaul manager was also extremely cold and unfriendly. I personally witnessed both be very rude to multiple other costumers before I left. Additionally, they both made fun of customers asking for help! Both of them should be fired! Will not be returning and will be recommending that all friends go elsewhere.

I have rented many times from here and have been happy. But this experience was the worst and I will never return here. I reserved an appliance dolly for the multiple appliances I have and when I arrived to pick it up they didn't have one. When I asked about it the employee said he hasn't seen one in months. And instead of letting me know this when it was reserved so I could get one somewhere else they waited until I arrived. So the screwed my move. I will no longer use uhaul. They SUCK.

I was asked to help check the lights and directed to turn on the hazard lights. I did and was told I was good to go. The right turns signal bd right brake lights didn’t work the whole trip.

Back of truck was filthy when I opened it on site to load. Drywall chunks, dirt and lots of trash and toys. Dolly was laying in middle of floor, I did not need nor want the dolly. Also, reserved 12 blankets for move, but was told there was none available when I picked up the truck. I reserved on Monday and picked up on Friday- no reason not to have them. When leaving the rental site the oil light came on- they added oil and said it should be fine now. Not impressed with condition of truck at all- filthy. Was told they would adjust bill but still have not received my final copy. I would like to see it to ensure I did not get charged for blankets or dolly. Always call first to make a reservation. The men in there are always friendly. You could get everything at Ace including a Uhaul truck. If you can’t find it go to Ace Hardware. They don’t have it they will get u something almost to fix the situation. My favorite hardware store….Everyone is friendly…..:

The man that helped us pick up our truck was absolutely rude. I asked if I could change my drop of location to something closer to our storage unit and his response was "why didn't you do that when you booked it?". The rest of the interaction was just as lacking with the customer service aspect. Probably will never return to that location again nor recommend to anyone else.

The condition of the rental truck was very poor, bordering on unsafe. While the truck itself was clean (both the interior of the cabin as well as the storage space) the mechanical operation of the vehicle was unsafe. The steering and transmission were faulty and I did not have any confidence that the truck would make it to my destination. It is not acceptable to put people in such a potentially dangerous vehicle. The trucks at this location need a major overhaul.
