To me, everything is fine.I know how I need concern
JOSE MTruck was ready but key was not ready in the box and moving blankets were not in the truck even though I had paid for them. Came back for the trailer and they had no blankets but still charged me for them. Had to spend an hour in the parking lot on the phone to get the keys and had to pay my movers to stand at my house not working because I couldn’t pick the truck up. Got locations moved for pickup and drop off that added time miles and fuel the experience was terrible!
