I met with the U-Haul representative on site the day before and he showed me the lockbox. The next morning, the key for the moving truck I reserved was not in the lockbox for after hours pick up. After contacting U-Haul, I had to take a smaller truck which caused me to make two trips which cost me more money to pay the movers. Also when I picked the truck up, the tire pressure was low, which cost me more time. This location is convenient for me, but this experience was quite a pain.

Great Customer Service Convenient location Quality vehicle easy peezy
Steven KMy biggest problem wasn’t with the location it’s with Uhaul in general. Hates that the quotes and reserved quote was changed when picking up equipment. Rate changed by over 200 dollars. How are suppose to budget and figure expenses when Uhaul changes there rate on a whim. We originally booked almost 2 months in advance. Then back up moving date to a sooner date got the quote and a week and a half later when at pick up rate went up over 200. Had I known that was going to happen I would have gone with someone else
Kevin SPicked up a 10' truck, which was in bad shape. The drivers door barely closed and some mechanical lights were on. TO INLCLUDE AFTER INDICTING THAT THEY HAD A HEAVY DUTY UTILITY DOLLY FOR ME , BUT WHEN I GOT THERE THEY DID NOT HAVE ONE. I WAS INCONVENIEMNCE AND HAD TO GO TO A SECOND LOCATION OUT OF THE WAY TO FIND ONE.
Flor RMake sure all the order made by the client were ready once he take the UHaul van in the location. Such as the pads, matress cover and dolly. As the items were already included in the payment.
