Ace is given old equipment. The truck I rented the door got stuck. With the truck loaded. Plus it was raining. Needless to say my stuff got wet. The flap at the top was worn out. But, because that latch wasn’t lock in place it went above the stopper.. Either way this should have not happened. I’m 72 years old and short. There are no step ups on the trucks so I had to climb like a monkey to get in.

Thomas FI ran a trailer for 2 days I thought it was one went up there told them I needed to extend my rental I was told the trailer had to be back that day or I will be in trouble come to find out it was two days they was wrong for that and I'm very upset about it The location in goose Creek South Carolina Red Bank road and I will be up there soon with my paperwork to show them that they made a mistake but they was rude and I would love and apology
