Picked up a 10' truck, which was in bad shape. The drivers door barely closed and some mechanical lights were on. TO INLCLUDE AFTER INDICTING THAT THEY HAD A HEAVY DUTY UTILITY DOLLY FOR ME , BUT WHEN I GOT THERE THEY DID NOT HAVE ONE. I WAS INCONVENIEMNCE AND HAD TO GO TO A SECOND LOCATION OUT OF THE WAY TO FIND ONE.

Make sure all the order made by the client were ready once he take the UHaul van in the location. Such as the pads, matress cover and dolly. As the items were already included in the payment.
