My overall experience with Duncan Ace Hardware and the U-Haul worker there was great; however, my overall experience with U-Haul was very unsatisfactory. The booking process, the picking up process, and the customer service were all subpar to say the least. There were many mistakes made on their part when booking and picking up my truck that caused me to be delayed almost 3 hours. I will never use U-Haul again, and I plan on issuing a formal complaint and getting full reimbursement.
