No one helped us! We had to unload ourselves and check in online! An employee came out and helped someone else who arrived after us and informed us that we would have to wait because there was only 3 people working. I mean he was right there and could have helped us and had us out of there in 2 minutes but instead walked back inside . This has always been my go to uhaul place but not anymore

Make sure the equipment is clean because I had to pay a cleaning fee when the equipment was dirty when I picked it up
I am still waiting on someone to contact me?I've sent two emails? The inside had not been cleaned! There was water and tobacco and trash in the door cubbyholes! Trash on the floor and sand on the floor. This is my 2nd experience like this? I am very disappointed that these trucks are not being cleaned between clients? Also I had a credit of $50 that was supposed to go towards the rental? I was charged $25 for cleaning fee, because I said the truck needed cleaning? It needed cleaning prior to my use! I called to extend the truck due to Christmas and under. estimating the amount of items. The uhaul sat in the driveway and at NO time was I told about the extra $38 dollar a day in addition to the $40 day extension That is a charge that should have been optional or explained when I extended the truck
Better job of cleaning truck. Cigarette smell was so bad it took my breath away.
When we dropped off our Uhaul, the representative working told us that he didn't have time to come check out our Uhaul and that he would do it later. We found this unacceptable as we wanted to make sure they knew where we parked the Uhaul and to ensure they did indeed log that it was returned. We asked for a paper copy receipt to show we returned the Uhaul and he told us he couldn't do that until he checked the Uhaul out, but said he didn't have time to do it right now. So, I would not recommend this location to anyone. Very displeased with the customer service and professionalism. I also want to add that there were 2 Uhaul representatives outside as we were trying to figure out where to park the Uhaul, but they offered zero help and never acknowledged us.
I waited at the counter for at least ten minutes and was passed by twice before I was even acknowledged. When the employee finally started helping me with my reservation, he started helping someone else before I was even done. I then had to wait until he finished with the other customer before he came back to finish up with me.
My original reservation was changed by u-haul which voided the guarantee that there would be no issues with pickup.
1. My reservation was for 10AM. When I got there at 9:45 I waited for the store to open. A woman came to the window of my car to inform me that I couldn't pick up until 11 because they were short staffed. MY RESERVATION WASA FOR 10! I DID IT ONLINE THE DAY BEFORE! When I arrived at 10:45, the woman that told me I couldn't pick up until 11 completely ignored me. I wasn't able to get out of there until 11:45. ALMOST 2 HOURS WASTED!!! 2. When I started the truck, the airbag light was on. This is a SAFETY concern because, God forbid, I had an accident the airbags will not deploy. 3. The front end of the truck needs to be checked. From 55 mph and up, the truck bounces. The problem gets worse with weight in the truck. 4. The back of the truck was filthy! U-Haul has no problem charging me if the truck is returned dirty but doesn't take the time to clean it from the prior rental. I have pictures to document the air bag light.
Windshield wipers were terrible. I recommended replacing. The moving dolly was left unsecure in the back of the truck when I first opened it. Other than that, it was a good experience.
the trailer I rented was clean and waiting for me when I arrived. The clerk was prompt to complete the transaction and get me on my way. Both the check in and check out process was flawless!

The cab of this truck had obviously NOT been CLEANED! Nor was the back of the truck swept. Under the circumstances with the Pandemic the cab should have been sanitized and spotless not all sticky form an obvious soda spill that wasn't cleaned up. I had expected much better for an ACE Hardware location as they are usually very helpful. NOT THIS TIME!
Online order was not ready
First they don't no what they are doing,took 2 hrs to hook the car carrier up, never secured my vehicle up right drove 700miles with jus 1 tire strapholding the car on to carrier, I believe I should get a discount because I could of lost my car or caused a major accident on the interstate even a death, very bad service I received
Nobody stepped forward to help after I waited at the Uhaul desk for over five minutes. I parked the Trailer and went inside to checkout and make sure I parked the trailer in the correct location before I unhooked it. Previous management was much better at helping Uhaul customers.
1 12-volt volt Outlet was broken wasn't even there the other two were so Rusty we could not Char's are phone or used GPS the inside was so dirty and smoking my wife had to get in there and clean it even before we start putting stuff in the front cab I would not recommend the worst truck I've ever rented in my life and I've rented many
I have rented in and out of this location many times and never had a problem.
Organize the drop off locations between trailers and trucks
This location was out of my way.
The price for the rental was way too high!!! I feel I was cheated. I thought the rental for the day would no higher than $40.00 First , Once and last time with Uhaul.

Give the customer the discounted rate when a coupon is presented but doesn't work. The customer service was good but was not satisfied i didn't receive my discount
The lines were long, you could use more customer service people to service the people renting the trucks. So the wait won't be so long.
