The location was good, easy to find the key drop box, I did not need to interact with the people in this location.

YANDRY UDropped off truck and trailer. Attendant wanted me to back in the trailer, disconnect it, and park the truck in a different area because "he was the only person there". I had no issue driving forward with a trailer, but had no idea how to back it into a space and disconnect it. He argued with me for 5 minutes! Finally, I told him I was leaving the truck and trailer. He refused to process the drop off and told me I could just leave the keys in the drop box outside. I've moved my daughters 3 or 4 times in the last few years and have never experienced anything close to this level of horrible customer service. If you have the ability choose a different location for pick up or drop off.

The representative (Asian lady) I interacted with displayed unprofessional behavior and a concerning level of arrogance, making resolving my issue unnecessarily frustrating. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was met with dismissiveness and a lack of empathy, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer. This experience has significantly impacted my perception of your company. I hope you will take immediate action to address this issue and ensure better training for your staff on these satellite or neighborhood pickup locations that serve your company.

MARTY GI never asked for Safe drive coverage and i as charged $15 for that. I dropped the rental vehicle off at 7.30 which is well within the window but i was charged After hours charge of $20. Highly unsatisfied with the billing.
Lavanya SOn the return, the store attendant met me in the parking lot and told me where to park the trailer. By the time I unhitched the trailer, he already had me checked out and the receipt was in my inbox.

CESAR TI was told to hook the trailer to my car by myself. When I requested help the only employee present said she didn’t know how to do it. She also didn’t offer me the extension wires so that I could hook up the lights until I showed her I needed them. When I returned the trailer (different location) the employee told me U-Haul policy is to NEVER let the customer do the hookup.

FREDDY VThe signage for where to park the trailer is unclear and the parking lot is super small and hard to safely park the trailers. Also, the man who helped us was very nice, but he did not have any knowledge on the trailers which would have been helpful when we were trying to unhook it.

BRITNI MI have been trying to dispute these charges and was told I would receive a call days ago from the location I dropped off at and I have not. The service since I picked up has been terrible. The truck was not dirty! The return location is trying to scam me. I had to pick up the trailer that YOU guys needed me to get from an entire different location from where the truck was. That set me back. I was given no dollys that I ordered with NO notice. They just gave me a key and left. When I called about the dollys I was told to buy one from a store and return it. I was offered a gift card that wouldn’t even be available until after my move. Upon return no one helped me. Now I’m being hassled about charges. I am very disappointed with this experience and will be contacting corporate and leaving a terrible review.

ALEKSEY SThe truck appeared clean at first but as I was driving ants began to appear and I was bitten several times as well as spending the first night in my new apartment killing ants that had gotten into my furniture/clothes. Another customer who was picking up at the same time warned me that he had to switch out his truck because it was full of ants as well. This location needs to invest in some pest control.
Samuel GU-Haul did not include a dolly and blanket as requested. Mobile check in and check out systems did not work. U-Haul made concerning noises when we hit the gas

DEKEL BI had a terrible experience with your service. The app was slow, and the support rep was unhelpful, repeatedly asking for documents with no way to upload them. After waiting over 20 minutes, I finally got the truck, but the dollies I paid for were missing, and the gas tank was only half full. The location itself was also terrible. The cashier in the food mart was extremely rude, telling us to "figure it out" and stop asking him questions because he had "nothing to do with U-Haul." His attitude was completely unacceptable. I’m requesting a refund and expect a manager to contact me to resolve these issues.
Egziharia MI rented a car hauler. When driving at night, I was stopped because the lights on the car hauler were not working. The tail lights and brake lights did not work. Only the turn signals worked.
RICHARD RIt was not convenient, the attendant was not helpful and had a hard time communicating with me and the facility was not clean as there were piles of items throughout their store. You had to walk down a side alley to go get the truck and no one was there to help me. I’ve warned my friends and neighbors back in Dunwoody not to use this location. If I had a hive to go somewhere else I would have, but had to rent the truck to help move my mom to assisted living. The inside of the truck smelled like pee and was not clean.

WILLIAM FMy van was not available when I went to pick it up and there was no one at the location to help. I waited for 15+ minutes on the phone until someone could help me. She offered us a larger truck which was better than nothing, but we were not comfortable driving it. That's the whole reason we ordered the 9' van in the first place!

MANUEL CFirst, they changed my location with an email just before pick up and sent me 30 minutes farther out because they didn’t have the truck I requested. Secondly, the truck had a crack in the front windshield on the passenger side. Thirdly the trucks battery was dead and would not start. The woman behind the counter gave us a set of jumper cables and a key to one of the other truck and said that we could charge it ourselves. Fourthly, the gas tank was half full and fifthly,, we reserved two Dollie’s and a ten pack of blankets and they didn’t have them to give us causing us to have to travel to another location to rent them. There was only one staff working at the facility and she had to handle a bunch of customers by herself. I have always used U-HAUL but may not again due to this experience. I feel like my money should be refunded due to all these issues.

There was a small store FOOD MART BUT…………. CONFUSING. WE WERE DRIVING OFF. WE CALLED. THEN WE WERE TOLD COME INSIDE THE GROCER AND VEHICLES WERE IN A BACK LOT. ALSO, WE PAID FOR A DOLLEY. UPON ARRIVAL WE WERE TOLD NO DOLLEY.
RESIA TI was charge for gas, when I have pictures of the gas hand after I replaced the gas. I was not shown the receipt before leaving the store. I will never use this U-Haul again and will tell people I know not to use it. This is unfair charges. And customer service was horrible. This should be reported to the better business bureau.

Winston SI rented a 15’ truck even though I only needed a 10’. I was lied by the renter when told that it was not available but it was. The truck that was given to me was not equip with hand truck or blankets which I needed. They were closed by the time I notice. I return the truck with the keys on the mail box as I was instructed. Yet, I was charged $20 extra to use “after hours” services which I didn’t. I just dropped the keys at the box outside the facilities. Not recommending this place ever.

Alex SSeveral times I tried to call leading up to the day of the rental and on the day of the rental. It was very difficult to get someone to answer the phone. I was pleased that even though we were 30min late returning the rental due to traffic, we were not charged any added fees and the check in was smooth.

Don FIt was difficult to find, because there was barely any signage. It was also not convenient to have to go in, then around our back, then back to the shop. While the man at the counter was nice, it was a very difficult experience that really didn’t need to be.

I rented my truck from the North Shallowford, Atlanta Ga location and the sales representative was very informative and made the process very easy. Also it was amazingly cost effective. I moved my office in a 20” inch truck and I was able to fit all my office equipment, which was great. I would definitely recommend other customers. Thanks so much for a smooth and easy process.

He didn't want to show me where the pick up is for the truck! He barely wanted to explain where the Dropbox off was to return the key! He repeated several times that Uhaul was closed at 4pm!!! But his store was still open and he didn't want to answer any questions about Uhaul! His customer service is a zero! I will never ever rent from this location again! He is a bad face for the brand of UHAUL , in which I have used so many times over the years and I have never seen someone as mean and nasty as this owner of the DUNWOODY FOOD MART!!!!! The truck was not all the way on FULL when I received it! He went ALL the way out to charge a 25.00 cleaning fee for a few crystal stones that were left in the truck! He is mean nasty and rude and I will NEVER EVER rent from this location again! He's nasty!
natasha nStore personnel could not be bothered. The fuel surcharge applied is unreasonably high and not communicated ahead of time (that if you don't fill it with gas you will be charged). We used 13 miles and were charged $13 for mileage AND $19 for fuel. thievery. Will never rent a uhaul again.

Sherifia WI have rented trucks from this location numerous times in the past and have always been pretty much satisfied with the transaction. This most recent rental was a similar experience. The truck was a little dirty from a previous renter not cleaning it out, but a quick blow in the cabin and cargo area with my electric blower fixed that.
