This is a convenience store run my one young lady. Very slow and hard to understand her.
Ross MExcellent service. Highly recommended
Gagandeep SThe staff at Uhaul Recovery was extremely rude. After two weeks, they towed my truck, claiming it was abandoned equipment. They didn’t even bother to call to confirm. I ended up paying extra money for no reason. To make matters worse, I had to call the police because of the overnight towing issue. I even have a police report to prove it.
Reinier CThe 10’ box truck had a V8 engine. A shockingly poor choice from perspective of fuel efficiency. The fuel efficiency gauge top left of dash, specially installed by U-Haul, was a hilarious red herring. If you have taken an axe to the head, that is the whole point, not much use measuring how deep it went in. Which brings us to the fraudulent fuel gauge. They filled it half full. Less than a mile down the road it had dropped by an 1/8 of a tank. The truck was empty. A/C not running. Driven carefully as my first time in one. I ended up using 3/8 of a tank in 27mi!!! Was I carrying gold? Lead? Bronze? Concrete? No, just a few bits of Walmart furniture from a lightly furnished 2BR flat. Now let’s look at the fuel gauge behavior refilling it. It took SO MANY GALLONS to get it back up to half. Like the gauge was an 1/8th off full and it needed 2 MORE GALLONS! So clearly what we have here is U-Haul’s business model. It is not renting trucks. It is taking extra fuel from customers. Nice one. Oh, and they didn’t have a furniture dolley despite advertising one. How hard is it to maintain an inventory of the 3 dolleys you have and update your booking system? We have Netflix and Starlink people. This is basic information system stuff. And the truck stank to high heaven of cigarettes
