I was charged after our fee. No one told me about it after our fee. I returned the vehicle when they were open and I felt like he did that so I would be charged after our fee. He could’ve took the key and he did not.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe owner of the convenient store ripped me off, over charged for miles and gas. When I called his only response was take it up with UHUAL. Uhaul was very nice and helpful and are looking into it.
