This is our 2nd rental this at this location. It seems a bit chaotic when we were there both times, because there is only 1 attendant working and usually 2-3 people waiting for rentals in addition to regular customers at the Food Mart.

Atul PThere was no one to properly receive returned rentals. My son had to help another lady returning back up a trailer. The woman running the place tried to tell my son that he needed to return another day or to another place because she didn’t have room and that he had to return on a specific day when the opportunity to return is within a small window of days. Also, she expected him to take the hand truck from the trailer into a specific area of her business storage as if he worked for her. She was rude, ill-equipped, and tried to take advantage of him. Once I got on the phone to address these issues, she immediately accepted the return and had to handle the hand truck herself. She had no choice because I was well aware of the procedures and expectations of making returns. Beyond disappointed!!
Tina TI refilled the fuel tank same level of what they gave it to me but they charged for me for fuel.
