I was told to hook the trailer to my car by myself. When I requested help the only employee present said she didn’t know how to do it. She also didn’t offer me the extension wires so that I could hook up the lights until I showed her I needed them. When I returned the trailer (different location) the employee told me U-Haul policy is to NEVER let the customer do the hookup.

WILLIAM AThe space to put the trucks and trailers is too small. The manager of the store told me that I have to put manually, because my suv does not fit in those spaces
FREDDY VThe signage for where to park the trailer is unclear and the parking lot is super small and hard to safely park the trailers. Also, the man who helped us was very nice, but he did not have any knowledge on the trailers which would have been helpful when we were trying to unhook it.
