How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was overcharged. I was charged for 30 miles and I only went 5 miles
Christopher PThe online after hours checkout procedure was a nightmare. I had to have a representative on the line to help me through it and it still took 15-20 minutes. I finally just backed out of the data entry questionnaire and took pictures of the dash board to document mileage and fuel levels. The previous renters must have been a smoker. Don't know if you can request a non-smoking vehicle or not. It had not been cleaned, at least not well. Despite it having few miles on it, the fob was dead. It took numerous calls to figure out how to get it started. Took almost 2 hours to get through the process. I have rented from this location before with no problem because it is the most convenient location. That is why I would recommend it to someone else.
Ted GExcellent service, she discovered a way for me to save money
Mwelwa cThey changed my rental period to be less than I requested so that I would get double charged.
