We were sent to a rough part of town where drugs and shootings are very common. The store front was closed and boarded up but the associate did come around the corner to greet us. The truck was warmed up. But at times had a rough throttle. We requested to pick up the truck on long pond road . But were told we had to go into the shitty of Rochester to pick up the truck. Fuel was not full. It was very disappointing that the truck did not have cruise control. I’m thinking that a long trip of 700 miles that we should have had cruise control. It was not a pleasant experience or trip.

This property looks like it's closed down and it desperately needs work. The truck also looked like it was handed from a recent job or move. The employee was very nice and helpful.
Hichtlian RNothing you can really do I improve the location it’s just a crappy part of town and someone had broken glass in front of the gate to retrieve the rental truck, not the uhaul companies fault though
