DARNELL PI would only recommend if they make reservations through the corporate store. The price was 3X higher than Penske. I will always use them for my future needs. The mileage charge was rediculas. The truck was overdue for maintenance.
LETA BStaff member was very helpful and courteous! Location could use some designated parking spaces for customers that rent trucks for more than one day (i.e. leave personal car, take truck, return truck, go home in personal car). Very easy rental, extension, and turn-in process. I will definitely utilize this location again!

HOWARD RI went to return the trailer but the office was closed at 1:15pm on Monday. On Tuesday they charged me for an extra day and I still haven’t seen refund even after calling them and asking for a refund. To be fair the lady that helped me with the trailer at pickup was super nice.
SALEEM II’m not exactly sure what can be done about it, but I reserved a furniture dolly online with this location - and it allowed me to do so because it didn’t indicate otherwise. When I got there I was told they had no furniture dolly and instead was given a regular dolly.

IDRISSA AWas just an empty like 35 foot room with a single desk . Attendant asked me to wait after I finished my order while she helped other guests to bring us all at once. Had to drive to a disgusting smelly broken glass covered lot where she dropped me off and I didn’t see her again.
ALEXANDER MI was redirected to a different location that took me over a hr with traffic I wasted another 45 min trying to get app to check out truck even though a human was on site. Even tried using reps phone to check out truck still didn’t work. Finally called her boss and released me. I was a hour and 15m late to loading dock appointment window. Because multiple people using freight elevator for movers. I am very disappointed and will no longer use uhaul after this event. After driving out of lot I changed mileage prompt to see mpg only to discover maintenance said 0% oil life . No reason for that or having to use a app to check out a vehicle if you have a rep onsite. Upon returning to Ohio from Virginia I had a ride waiting for me at my drop off location but when trying to check in return on app Uhaul changed my location and was going to charge me for a different location. So I had to call customer service and explain I couldn’t change and have them switch back to the original location. Customer service did resolve this and that was just another problem and wasted more time. I have been a long time customer but this will be the last. Truck was nice, clean, drove well, and also only had 14k on it.
