The door was locked during business hours but I began using the online checkout process. However I found that my signal wasn’t great so it made it slow and buggy. Eventually an employee arrived to hand me the key to my rental. I would not have been able to get it otherwise

Bever IThey tried to help prior to arrival about the drop off set up, but i was confused. Not the only one, another driver after me did the same thing. the personnel are prepared with photo and directions to the actual drop off site and key drop ... very helpful, thanks
David GWas sent here as an alternative but James who works for Uhaul met me there and made it an unbelievable experience from start to finish. Thanks a lot. This location is closer to all the Woodbridge and Dale city residence and it seems like they have enough equipment.
