Had many issues with checking in with the app. I was also not made aware that there was no one on site. I was sent to another location to view the truck and sent back to the office to get the keys then back to the truck. There should be something in place to make the process easier.

FELICIA JI came back twice to return no one was there and I was charged for fuel when I returned it with the same fuel that I got it at. I don’t recommend will leave review in Google too
Arifa KI had to wait outside for an hour and a half for someone to give me the keys to my reserved rental, while on hold with customer service rep.
