Tank should have been full on pick-up, making it easier to simply fill the tank upon delivery. Particular vehicle probably needs alignment - pulls to the right a bit.
Peter B.The 4'x8' trailer is quite light and prone to bouncing around behind the vehicle. It would be nice if the trailer had tie-down points inside to secure the load. Other than that minor quibble, it suited our needs.

Nobody told us there would be a fee to drop the keys off, the truck was clean, gas was filled more than where we left it, and we returned it a day earlier than scheduled. Doesnt seem like great service to me when we went above and beyond to return the truck in good shape .
Stephen Louis D.I rented a 26 foot truck and it only had a gas V8 engine in it. Seemed underpowered but it didn't do to bad. Gas mileage could of been extremely better if UHaul would switch to diesel trucks.

Byron S.This was not my preferred drop off location. I had arranged ot drop the trailer in Waterville but the location was closed even though they said it would be open. Several attempts to call, text, etc. resulted in no response. Very disappointing and it cost me an extra day of trailer rental plus the cost of hauling the trailer to this location instead. This location did respect the hours of operations they had posted unlike the location in Waterville. The representative was very professional and accommodated my change of plans because of the poor service and response received at your other location in Waterville.

Andrew T.Truck wasn't very clean when we picked it up, I didn't make a big deal about it and returned it in the same state only to be charged a $50 cleaning fee. Also, the online return was very frustrating - I could not get past the verify location. I called the help and was transferred to three people and on hold for over 30 minutes before someone with a different phone did it for me. It was a huge waste of my time and very frustrating. Lastly there was issues with my billing that I am yet to resolve, if I had any choice in the matter I would not use uhaul again.
Axiom E.The location is not very convenient or central . The equipment was very clean but there is something wring with the transmission. I was charged a cleaning fee but there was no broom available to sweep it out.
Sheila L.As I said, picked up the truck completely empty. Dropped it just under a 1/4 . Then I was charged $50 because they said it wasn't right at a quarter and that is UHauls policy. Give at truck empty then charge the customer $50 for returning it with fuel????
Robert B.The equipment was very clean, and the staff great to deal with and I have no issues with the way I was treated. I will however mention that upon my return the " Change Oil Soon Light" came on. Now personally I have been late on an oil change and this issue could simply have been it just didn't receive one prior to my departure, understanding I travelled over 1000km. Regardless, this is not my first time renting from this specific location nor will it be my last.

Jennifer B.While this location was fine, this was not the location I was originally told to return the truck. I was sent to an invalid location. I had to call to find a different location. The person I spoke with on the phone was rude and suggested I changed my return location to Hartwell vs Fredericton (which is what it always was). When I told her it was always Fredericton, her response was "I am just telling you what my eyes see". I was finally given a different location and returned the vehicle. Between the incidents at both pickup and drop off, this was not a smooth and easy experience. I was very disappointed and would think twice before recommending based this experience.
Judith M.When I rented the vehicle it was about $15 shy of being a full tank of gas. The attendant told me that I could bring the vehicle back at the same level as I received however, it was difficult to know how to fill it to a level that was less than full. I returned the vehicle at almost full but was not reimbursed for having filled it beyond the initial level (was told by the attendant that they could not reimburse me). I was disappointed, in any case. Perhaps the policy should require a full tank upon renting or a reimbursement, if there's a discrepancy as per my situation.

Przemyslaw K.First off, I was able to upgrade to a larger truck with no problems. Very grateful for that. Counter service was fantastic. Truck was running and park for us to leave after completing standard paperwork. There was no inspection or walk around of truck before we drove off. I did take the insurance for the time of contract. The timing for my move was more than one day even though it was a local move. During the time the truck was parked we had heavy rain. The truck leaked causing damage to a mattress. The mattress was in a zipped water resistant bag but did receive water damage. Very disappointing. When truck was returned damage to windshield was brought to attention. My son was the only driver of the truck and knows this did not happen while he was driving this vehicle. Overall the truck did work well. I am hoping for reimbursement of mattress as it may no longer be useable.

Bill P.The tires would never pass an inspection! The truck needs an alignment NOW ! The driver side windshield wipers loose.and I had to adjust it twice, and furthermore both wipers need replacing. In my humble opinion the cab was not clean. There wasn't any garbage, but it needed a wipe down and the last customer smoked inside.
