Effat SI was not in the facility. I did the automated drop off through the app. I did call and spoke to a rep who saw me dropping off the unit as he was dropping off a vehicle for another customer at the time. He acknowledged the drop off, and quickly sent me an email confirmation. He was very professional and easy to deal with.
