This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received The owner basically berated me for going in the wrong door and continued to do so throughout the entire rental process. I have never been more angry/upset as a customer. I will never ever have anything to do with this idiot Lots of other places to rent a uhaul. What an absolute loser.

seyed aIt was cleaned but the rear sliding door was hard to open and I found the upper rollers mounting bolts were loose and out of place. I adjusted the bracket and secured the mounting bolts. Then it worked perfectly. Problem fixed. I did mention it to the front desk clerk when I returned the unit. L.H.

ERIN CEquipment was dirty and when picked up, Was told I had to have it cleaner than when I picked it up. Staff was very rude. I dropped it off the next day and he charged my credit card for cleaning, without even going to look at the truck. I argued with him but he said too bad

BEVERLY MVery positive experience. They had the exact size truck that I had reserved, with utility dolley already on the back. The truck was clean and in good working condition. The pickup and return was super easy and staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend this location.

Ahmed SI am not sure who is at fault but we were told 492.00 and drop off in Oromocto. Upon arrival we were told no vans allowed at Oromocto only trailers...not our fault . So drop off was Fredericton and we are charged another 36.00. Your staff should have known this but we were given wrong information which caused us a probkem and more money. I would like that extra amount refunded.
Keith DThe manager at the Hodgson location was one of the worst customer service representatives that I have ever experienced. I was not told that there would be a $229.00 hold on my account. I was shocked upon return to find out that it could take days to get it back. I was explaining to Sebastian that I am doing fertility treatment and I needed my deposit back to buy my $100 trigger shot that day at Costco. I was calm- I was not even angry at this point. Sebastian shrugged his shoulders and said “that he could care less about my fertility”. He said this several times. He also said that “it wasn’t his problem that I wasn’t told about the deposit being taken and kept”. I have never ever had a company representative have such a terrible attitude towards a customer. There was another gentlemen there who gave me contact info for head office and explained what steps to take to attempt to move my deposit return along faster. Sebastian did not offer any solutions, he was just dismissive and rude and repeatedly told me how “he could care less”. I cannot believe that someone of this caliber represents your company. He has a very bad attitude problem and needs to be replaced with a professional. Jonathan was 100000 x more professional and empathetic and resolution based. I really hope that you deal with Sebastian’s terrible and unprofessional conduct. Thank you.

ewart kI have rented at this location twice since April this year. Both times, I get the vehicle with the fuel just randomly anywhere. This is beyond frustrating to return. When I returned the vehicle this time, the person who went to go check the mileage backed into another trailer and then found a nearly-full 4-litre water jug that I forgot. Instead of bringing it me, where I was waiting to pay, smashed it into a recycling bin. The service always just seems like they’re providing a service because they have to, but never making your experience good. I also think doing a walk around of the truck together before you leave would be helpful… usually a standard for rentals.

Serge SNothing to do with location, but the whole experience this time with u haul was horrible. To find out the day before you are to pick up a truck that there is no truck is brutal. Limit how many reservations allowed to prevent people being stuck because they are expecting to pick up a truck. We will not use u haul again because of this experience. I will use other companies.

JAMES CThis comment is not for this location but for the head office. I booked a 26 foot truck a month in advance and two days before moving day they changed it for a 20 foot without even talking to me and had no solution or compensation. Never dealing with uhaul again.

jordan bWhen you say you have a truck it should be there and I shouldn't have travei a hour and a half just to get a truck on that day. It cost us getting money back because I couldn't get the trailer I was supposed to get in Moncton to drop off in Toronto. The truck cost me almost the same for gad as it did to rent it
