Stage RI was unfairly overcharged for the mileage as the internet quoted me one price then at the end of the truck usage I was quoted a different price.

Tracy DVehicles at this location was not clean or well maintained, when we arrived we had to clean the Vehicle, the cabin was dirty had food and trash left in vehicle, then we noticed the low tire pressure sign was on, asked to switch to another vehicle, the next vehicle given was even worse, disgusting inside we attempted to clean it as well but it reeked of a nasty foul order that i could not stomach, I ended up just keeping the 1st vehicle despite the tire issues. The clerk at the location offered no other solution and seemed unbothered . I was not satisfied and would not be using this service again

Jeyvon HI rented a 15” truck at this location on U-Haul website but that size wasn’t available. I had to rent a bigger truck and pay more than what I expected.

MICHAEL WI have no issue with the location but I am disappointed in how my rental was modified by U Haul. I reserved a truck and a specific trailer almost 3 weeks prior to my rental at a large location close to my home the day before my rental I was advised that the location had been moved, this added 54 miles to my trip and made me run well over my original mileage. Then when I get to the location the do not have a motorcycle trailer but just a flat bed with no loading gate. The gentleman at the facility was friendly and tried to be helpful but now I had to purchase ramps on my trip as well which also added additional expenses to my day. When we returned that evening to drop the truck and trailer off, the perfect trailer was sitting there that must have been checked out earlier. My frustration is not with the location but with how this rental was handled and how much more my day ended up costing me, more than double the original projected costs. This was a critical pickup for me and I was stuck dealing with all the issues on the stressful move day, it was not an ideal situation but at least we made it work.

Shaneika WThis entire experience was a fiasco and quite scary. Some history: 1. I had made a reservation for a trailer ) and was given a location location and made arrangements to go to that location after traveling by train from Florida to DC. 2. when I called to get directions and let them know I was coming, they said they did not have the trailer and that I needed to go to another location which turned out to be a convenience store without any packaging materials, tie downs, etc, which I had said I needed. 3. The inexperience almost resulted in tragedy. I had previously spend $820 to get a hitch attached to my car so I could rent a trailer. One of the personnel attached the trailer to the hitch and ss we were pulling out on the highway, we heard a crash, the cause of which was that the trailer had become disengaged from the hitch. 4. Although we were quite shaken, we fortunately had not entered the highway, so walked back to the office to explain. An employee went back to reattach the trailer to the hitch. He said all was good. 5. We tested this and again, the hitch was not securely attached. We became quite fearful and afraid to proceed and because we had a committment for a pick up and needed to travel over 300 miles, and felt that we were in a dangerous situation, we decided to rent a truck instead of the trailer, which was over $400. 6. In addition, here was a snowstorm and found that the windshield washer on the vehicle was empty which dramatically impacted our visibility, created an unsafe driving situation. All in all, this was one of the scariest, potentially dangerous and frustrating experiences we've recently had. I
dan dOutside of store very dirty my truck made alot of noise. They over charged me, the wait was long. It is too many things in one, you should pick another location.
Krystal WMake sure that the locations can get through to your website for the check in. We were there 1 hour while the store manager tried to get us checked in. I called U-Haul and was on hold for 30 minutes and then disconnected. I asked for some type of compensation or discount and never got a response. Overall it was a bad experience 👎🏼

Danielle TEmployee was on a personal call the whole time he did not take me outside and show me where the truck was located and when I told him the seat didn't work he looked annoyed. Finally helped me get it to work but again just looked annoyed and walked away.
Cora BI’ve rented from this location multiple times, another larger truck just a couple days before this van, and have never had a problem like this. The cargo van was disgusting, dirty and smelled of urine. I had to leave the windows and doors open and let it air out an entire day before I could use it to put my stuff in. The mileage, gas and pictures were all inaccurate. It showed a clean van inside with no damage outside but the van had damage and was not cleaned at all. I didn’t have time to try to exchange for another when I picked it up because there weren’t others on site I thought it would be a quick trip but the smell ended up being so rancid I couldn’t just put my stuff inside. Very disappointing that there was not a check done by the location prior to me picking it up because they would’ve seen that it had cleaning that needed to be addressed prior to another rental pick up. Hoping this was just a one time thing and that I can still continue to use this location as it’s the most convenient to me but if it happens again I will no longer rent from here.

Monique ANeed to have a bigger sign on the premises. It's easy to miss. It's jumbled in with the convenience store sign that is just above the entrance to the store.

laShan tDifficult to get in and out of. Very little parking. Customers of the convenience store and delivery vehicles constantly block in the entire fleet of U-Haul trucks by parking in the only way in or out of the parking area. I was stuck for 20 minutes waiting to get out. The parking area for the trucks is riddled with massive amounts of trash. The truck I rented got a check engine light and started running poorly halfway through my move.
Andrew RLevel the ground in the trailer drop-off area. It's so uneven and bumpy that it can be hard o get the trailer on or off the vehicle's hitch.
