Great experience here at Dyson Store. I've used this location previously and was happy to see the consistency in their service and support for the U-Haul clients.
William BHonestly, when I enter into the store the gentleman was there. He was pleasant, he greeted us as we came in. He the farm reservation, looked at my license and then told me the description of everything that I had to do when I entered the truck and when I brought the truck back, I did exactly as I was told this is the first time that I’ve ever had to use a U-Haul truck and I was the driver. Cristian GI was able to make my reservation on-line and confirmed with the location they had received it. The Store Clerk was professional and very friendly. However, the truck was dirty inside and the engine light came on while using, which was very disturbing and I wasn't sure if the truck would break down. Upon return, I informed the Store Clerk and he stated the gas cap causes the light to come on. I wish I was informed of this issue prior to pick-up. Anyway, the location and service is good and I would recommend them, but they need to clean their trucks.
