I was able to make my reservation on-line and confirmed with the location they had received it. The Store Clerk was professional and very friendly. However, the truck was dirty inside and the engine light came on while using, which was very disturbing and I wasn't sure if the truck would break down. Upon return, I informed the Store Clerk and he stated the gas cap causes the light to come on. I wish I was informed of this issue prior to pick-up. Anyway, the location and service is good and I would recommend them, but they need to clean their trucks.
