I rented the truck for 8:00 and before registrate and entering the credit card, the clerk ask me to take picture of the truck, every side, and since my job is trucker I inspected the truck 10 minutes and left the lot at 8:25 and the charge me for being late, well i think the is not fair so he told me call u-haul it is not is reponsability, Unfortunatly it is a big waste of time to do business with them(you)
