The 2nd issue with this rental was that after loading up the truck we tried to slide the ramp in and it would not go back into the slot. We spent a good amount of time trying to get through to U-haul in addition to going online to notify you guys. After about an hour we did get a hold of someone. (We called and sent a request for help online, not sure which was more effective). She was very nice and helpful and did keep following up with us (I apologize, have forgotten her name). Two hours later a Triple A tow truck driver showed up. He was unable to get the ramp to slide in either so he took it off with his crowbar. So this caused a 3 1/2 delay. And as I mention before we were paying day labor. We have always used U-haul in the past but this was the absolute worst service we have experienced. We were delayed for a total of 5 hours due to all that occurred. It was already a stressful situation and this only added to it.Michael E.
I rented for 24 hrs. They tried to charge me for 72 hrs. Even when I put gas at the end .. they wanted to charge for gas. Is you can avoid use this service, do it.GUADALUPE G.

The wrong key was in the share box, uhaul approved us using the truck, then overcharged me and claimed I used 2 trucks and returned them 1 day late, while in reality using the app to CK out the truck and retirn the one truck we used for only 5 hours and returned to the location the same day! So this location reported the wrong info or the app didn't log the correct info, after I called the 1800 uhaul number to verify my retirn and my charge. Will never use this procedure again! Too many glitches and I was overcharged. Very unhappy with my experience.Michelle D.
