I reserved and paid for a dolly. They were out of dollys so I didn't get one. They still charged me for it.

From the moment we arrived, the lady at the counter seemed more focused on finishing her tasks than listening to our questions or understanding what we needed. Her behavior felt robotic and judgmental, as though customers were being treated differently based on their appearance or clothing. Customer service requires people with good manners, personality, and a genuine willingness to help.
