Kari VDrop off was smooth, the woman at the desk was friendly and helpful. My only complaint here is that they charged me a cleaning fee of $25 two days later. The truck was fully swept out, including the cab, and wiped down before we dropped it off. All I can think is they were charging me for furniture pads that weren't clean - when we picked up the truck at our start point, the pads we got (2 bags of them) were full of pine needles and dead leaves. We had to clean them up before using them on our furniture. We did not use all the pads, so it's possible there were still some in the bags that had debris on them. Either way, this was unacceptable as we did not make a mess of the truck and made sure it was quite clean at drop-off. UHaul DID refund this fee to me.

JOHN RWell done!
ERIC BHe was great and made it easy to work with
CHERI JThe car dolly running lights were not working & neither was one of the turn signals. The truck was dirty inside and had issues shifting between gears in tow mode after about 300 miles into a 1000 mile trip costing me at least another $100-150 in wasted fuel. By the time I got close to my destination, the ABS & the TCS lights were both on & I was getting warning lights all across the dash. Nothing like wasted money & added stress when moving your family cross country!

MARTHA HWhen you rent here make sure you deal with Michael. The oriental female is rude and disrespectful. When she initially started to help me I got a call from my drs office. I told her to hold one moment because I needed to take the doctor’s call. She continued to ask me questions and I told her politely to wait because I needed to speak with the doctor. This female rolled her eyes at me and gasped in frustration storming off to get on the eliptical machine to work out. This is when Michael walked in and I asked him to help me. I would have canceled the rental but I couldn’t because I needed to move. Michael is knowledgeable with his job a possess outstanding customer service skills. Thank you Michael.

LILLER SI’ve rented trailers here several times before and never had a bad experience. The guy at the front desk is always polite and very quick to get me what I need. This last time I was charged a $15 fee because the trailer was “dirty”. I called and asked about the charge and the lady I spoke with (I’m assuming a manager) said that they had to sweep it out and sent me a picture of the trailer with a few pebbles in it. I sent her back a picture of how i left it, which was clean (as clean as you can get for an open top trailer that is left outside next to a busy street 24/7) and in the same condition I received it in. The lady rudely explained that because I didn’t say anything about it being dirty when I received it, then it was on me. The guy that hooked me up had a lobby full of people looking at furniture, so he made it quick checking me out. He sent me the contract (in Spanish for some reason, which I’m not fluent in.. not sure what else is hidden in the fine print), got the trailer hooked up, took his picture to verify it was done correctly, told me where to drop it off, and went back inside. The whole interaction MIGHT of been 2 minutes. He didn’t tell me I needed to do a full inspection, if im renting a trailer, I’m assuming it’s good to go. The trailer was not real “dirty” when I picked it up, just some pebbles and a few loose nuts/bolts in it. The guy literally said “We are fair when it comes to damage and everything. As long as you don’t bring it back folded in half, we are good”. That tells me that there is some leniency when it comes to the condition. But it seems like there’s only some wiggle room when it benefits UHaul, not the customer? I’ve rented U-Haul’s from this location (and others) several times before, I know they’re not always in the best condition and that’s just how it is. For the smaller jobs that I’m using them for, I don’t need anything super fancy. The little older/ banged up trailers offered here work fine for me. I’m not sure what the difference was this time, nothing has changed on my part. Is there some kind of monthly quota of extras/add-on charges the company has to hit and I just got unlucky this time? I tried explaining to the manager lady that I am a loyal customer that is bringing yall repeated business, and that going forward I would make sure to do a good once over before dropping it off. All that in hopes that she would show some customer appreciation and waive the fee. I did not get a response at all from this, very frustrating experience.
Stephen SNothing everything and everyone were perfect.. thank you ..
ESTHER MHad to call roadside assistance for a tire but problem was dealt with courtesly and professionally. Overall great service, thanks much.
JOHN HStop trying to upsell the insurance. I signed up for an insurance online and when my employee got there to pick up the truck, he was talked into something more and I ended up spending $30 more than I had anticipated. And my card was charged the up charge without my permission.
Arturo CExcellent
JOE BThe staff personnel at the pick up place was excellent and extremely helpful.
GINGER GAbsolutely nothing. We were treated like family and Michael helped with every aspect of our rental process. He is a gem and deserves a raise! 😁
TRACY GThe customer service was amazing! The truck itself needed an alignment. The trailer was too high for me to get out of the car once on the trailer. I had to climb in and out of the window to get in and out of the car!!!!! There was no windshield wiper fluid!! Thank God it did NOT raining!!!🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

AUSTIN AThe location, ET rentals is superb. However, checking in early on the app took me 50 minutes. That’s not acceptable and it needs to be worked on.

DAVID SThe customer service representative was professional, friendly and made sure that all our questions were answered. Had our trailer hooked up and we were on the road in no time. The motorcycle trailer worked great, the high walled one was best for hauling my Harley Davidson Wide Glide. Thanks again.
David WStaff assisted with rental equipment and were very friendly and helpful. I will recommend ET rentals..
