Not sure why charged 50 miles when we did not use 50 miles and gas was almost empty we put 40 on gas and left more than we received it with.

The link wouldn't work so they had to set up my DL for the rental.
JENNIFER BNo clear area or clearance to drop off a truck. There are obstructions from surrounding business. We were charged a cleaning fee for a small pile of dirt. When asked for further information on this, Kate was very hostile and sent a picture of a pile of dirt that was smaller than the actual broom. I am able to provide a picture if needed.
