YVONNE WWe had an 8am pick up but due to the system being down it was 1040 fore we got the truck to leave putting us behind schedule with our helpers.said we had 3/4 tank of gas when we only had 1/2 tank of gas but when we returned it we gave them a full tank. Now we did receive a $50 discount for the inconvenience of the systems being down but I think they could have done a lil better then that and the truck was the ruffest ride ever normally the trucks are a smooth ride but it seems as tho the shocks were gone on this truck. Plus we had to have the truck back by 8am knowing we got it at 1030 and the lot we returned it to wasn't even open on Sunday when we returned it at 8am . Just feel the times could have been compensated for a lil better
Tina HThe U haul had a quarter of a tank not a half took pics. Paperwork and old man said it was at half that I needed to bring it back with half so I put 35 dollars in it brought it to half tank. I drove it less than 20miles in TOTAL the whole reservation. They still charged me for fuel 34.40 off my card said it was on a quarter when returned. I was scammed out of 69 dollars just in fuel. Not to mention the app didn't allow me to edit my days needed so I called the number and we told to text customer service the days were switched and I was given a total. When I picked it up I was given another amount 80 dollars more than told. So what should have been less than 100 turned into 3 different charges on my card without consent for over 200. Won't use again. Lied about gas tank and messed up my days app wouldn't edit so I was charged for another day even tho I already paid for the days I had it. Total rip. Pics and texts and still was told theres nothing I can do money was took already no refunds.

JOSHUA HI should’ve received my rental feee because the person that was supposed to return my truck did not turn it in on time so I had to drive to the Fremont location because the guy in Angola did not even notify me of a problem so he wasted my time and then I still had to pay for it?
HEATHER CWell funny how was charged insurance when got bill but didn't ask for it and declined it when made the reservation. I made it in my son's name as he was using his truck. Also seems a rip off to pay more when pick up one area and want to leave in another city. Usually rent penske but they dont have enclosed trailers bit get better rates from them will go back.

Douglas DExcellent service. The owner helped me change my reservation despite the U-Haul app not having the correct information. I have rented many times (1st time at this location) and the U-Haul app usually has a glitch somewhere in the rental process that creates a headache. In this case it only provided me the option to pick up the truck starting at 11:30 despite the location opening at 8:00. I had to contact the rental location directly to change the rental time. In addition, the app listed the wrong phone # for the location and I had to do an internet search to contact them. After that, everything proceeded smoothly.

HOLLY SStaff and equipment good. Website reservation was for 130pm, yet the truck reserved was booked by another through 3:30pm, causing a delay in my obtaining the truck.

GEORGE EWhen I made the reservation, I specifically marked no insurance. My car insurance covers rental trailers. I confirmed that with my insurance company. When I received my final receipt. I was charged for insurance.

DANIEL RDrop off was easy and I was even offered a place to wait as my ride was a couple of minutes behind me.
AUDREY MFriendly, very helpful and would rent from this location if needed. When we arrived, we told him the lights didn’t work. We put blinkers on so he could see. He disconnected went into his office and got another section to connect and it worked. He showed us the area where it was bad.
