All trailers should come equipped with a safety pin, this shouldn't have to be customer supplied. Most renters will likely not know it's missing.
BRIAN FThe U-Haul app offered me a $33 discount if I would switch my selected drop-off location. I did so but yet I did not see the discount reflected on the bill. Also, $18 tax on a ~$130 charge is egregious. I know U-Haul doesn’t control the tax, but there should be a warning about a predatory tax like that.

SHEZAD SShop stayed open a few minutes late for me and got me all hooked up totally hands off on my part.
Rebekah RWas made to take truck to a shopping center location where there was no available parking for a 20' truck. I had to park it sideways to avoid blocking traffic and thus risking getting ticketed or worse. While noticing that a larger Uhaul facility existed within a block or two with better parking or logistics for drop off. Unacceptable!
L LI didn't ask for insurance, however the person automatically put insurance on it without asking me. Was not happy about that. Also, the person connected the trailer and didn't confirm that all of the lights were working, so I checked myself before leaving.
Jack OHard to find since it’s right next to a main uhaul store. Went in got it that was fine when I went to return it they were closed whatever no big deal. I check I’m being charged almost 30 more than what was quoted. They added an option to my rental. I tried calling them nothing text nothing either. Got into contact with uhaul nothing. Overall wouldn’t recommend if you don’t mind paying double your quoted price.

peter kNo one was available to help us until nearly an hour after our scheduled pickup time. The vehicle was filthy, inside and out. We will not use Uhaul again.

Shaylin HI had rented a dolly and some furniture covers but they weren’t in the truck. To be fair, I didn’t check the back of the truck before I left. Otherwise the truck was clean and worked really well. Pick up and drop off was easy.
MEISHA CThe business at the drop off location was closed when I arrived around noon or 1:00 PM on a week day - not sure if it was closed for lunch or permanently closed. I followed instructions given over the phone and dropped keys and contract in the box outside.
