Was made to take truck to a shopping center location where there was no available parking for a 20' truck. I had to park it sideways to avoid blocking traffic and thus risking getting ticketed or worse. While noticing that a larger Uhaul facility existed within a block or two with better parking or logistics for drop off. Unacceptable!
L LI didn't ask for insurance, however the person automatically put insurance on it without asking me. Was not happy about that. Also, the person connected the trailer and didn't confirm that all of the lights were working, so I checked myself before leaving.
Jack OHard to find since it’s right next to a main uhaul store. Went in got it that was fine when I went to return it they were closed whatever no big deal. I check I’m being charged almost 30 more than what was quoted. They added an option to my rental. I tried calling them nothing text nothing either. Got into contact with uhaul nothing. Overall wouldn’t recommend if you don’t mind paying double your quoted price.
