I turned my trailer in after hours on a Saturday night. The app did not work and would give me a fault everytime I tried to create an account. So I had to notify the location. They did not answer my calls or return them. Even during normal business hours on Monday they did not pick up and did not return my calls. When I eventually got my receipt it was marked that I returned the trailer 3 days after I did.

Oscar was great!
ANDREW BI made a reservation at Uhaul at 6215-6247 East Main Street in Mesa Arizona. I stopped by 1 day before my reservation to make sure everything was set. Well, it wasn't. They didn't have the equipment I reserved. Luckily Genesis (employee) got everything taken care of. Moving is stressful and this added to the stress. We were not confident that things were going to go well but luckily it did.
Rafael BHe added a $25 insurance package that I didn't approve. If you look at my reservation I declined it all, and then once I had the trailer I checked the receipt (which I never was shown or asked to sign) and there was an insurance added.
TREVOR FThere was nobody there to check me out. I rang the Ring doorbell and was told to park the truck and leave the keys in the dropbox. I didn't feel very comfortable doing that. What if the truck gets damaged after I left it there in good shape?
