The entrance is a disaster and the fact that I picked up the truck in the rain didn't help. The van i rented was dirty with paper and cups in the cab and 2 large boxes in the van im assuming from the previous user. Only positive I have is the people we friendly and pick up and drop off were quick! If ur in a pinch use them if u have time rent elsewhere!!!

If I had to say anything to improve it wouldn’t be the customer service, experience, equipment, rates are extremely fair- I’d say the street to get to the facility needs to be fixed.
